Canpar Loomis Express

If I could choose no stars I would. A Supplier for my business uses Loomis and my packages that I need for my business are always late and sometimes only 1 of 4 boxes show up one day and then 2 another day and the last another day. Very unreliable. They have lost numerous packages of mine also over the last couple years, cost me alot of money. When I ask the driver what’s up they just tell me to call head office

Terrible service. Package is over a week late. Tracking says is been in city for over a week. Nobody answers phone ever! Finally went down to pick it up myself and was told it's been sitting on a truck for a week due to weather". Not sure how weather causes a trailer to sit for a week in yard.Just read the other reviews and stay away."

Worst shipping company ever. My package was supposed to be delivered the 28th. It’s been sitting in Winnipeg with absolutely no update since the 27th it’s now the 2nd and this company still can not tell me anything about my package after spending hours on hold 2 days in a row.

DO NOT TRUST this company to deliver your package. I had my package lost or stolen with no help, service or accountability with complete run around from Loomis and DHL. Express. My only option is small claims court which is a complete inconvenience

I'd give it a negative rating. Absolutely horrible company!!!! After having my package sit at my local depot for 3 days without receiving a single phone call, I finally called (2 hours on hold) and was told Your package is too heavy and our driver refuses to bring it

Absolute worst experience. I did not have any tracking information from the place I ordered from so I had no idea where my package was. Once I reached out and asked when I should expect my package, it had apparently been attempted to be delivered, held at their facility and sent back to the sender. All without notifying me. There was no notification that my address was bad" or any call to verify my address. I have had no issues with every single other shipping company. No one at canpar or loomis had a return tracking number to give me so I cannot confirm where this package is and the sender has not recieved it back in two weeks since it was sent. I called the number listed under canpar loomis express and the woman was rude saying this was only a loomis number and I had to call canpar

Loomis has repeatedly not delivered packages. Their online chat personnel are great but when they pass it off to the local branch I don't get any real answers.If you value your business, do not contract to this courier as you WILL lose customers.

I wish I could give it negative markings.I had 2 parcels fromIndia through AICS and it took 7 days from india to Canada (Brampton) and it’s 15days crossed already and I am not sure where is my parcel right now. It was in just near to my place regina on tracking and it was showing delivery of next day and after 2 days it is showing again going to Brampton. I contacted to their customer services and they said that we are not responsible for any delays.

So far Im not too upset with them like everyone else seems to be. They called that I had a package in Regina but they don't deliver to PO Boxes and I live rural. I managed to get them a street address to deliver to and they followed up the next day stating they had let operations know of the address change and would follow up after the Easter weekend. I will update once package does arrive.

This is the most nonsensical delivery service I've ever encountered. They require a signature for delivery of their products, yet they deliver in the morning when people are at work with no e-mail or phone call notice. The only way to receive this package is to be home ALL day or get lucky. Then they update on amazon that you were not home when they arrived and that they will try again. When? Who knows. Can I contact sometime to tell them when I WILL be home? No. Can I tell you where to put the item so it will be safe? No. Can I talk to a customer service representative? No. Can I talk to the driver? No. They are cheap and used by amazon because of this. Unfortunately they provide the worst possible service and ultimately require people drive to their location to pickup because their delivery process only works for 5% of the population. Just make those items available for pickup from the time they arrive at your facility since you can't deliver them in a reasonable fashion.
