Home Hardware is a great source for paint, lumber, home maintenance supplies and especially hardware. Much easier here to find special hardware in exact sizes than in big box stores. Very helpful and knowledgeable staff.

On Christmas eve day, I had a paint emergency. James to the rescue! This young man was helpful and encouraging and I'm so glad I went to this store to get some help. If you need any help with paint, this is the place to go. The paint itself is also of good quality.Annette

Had to pickup a couple sheets of drywall and some two by fours at this store it is very close by. The staff are ever so helpful and they loaded the drywall plus the lumber. Really impressed as the guys Evan checked the lumber for being straight and true.This is my favourite home hardware and love to stroll through it as their displays are the best.And today was 10 percent off for us good seniors, a real bonus.

Dont their recommendations theyll charge you if they mess up and you have to return stuff to is the packaging isnt perfect. Reccomended brackets that were far too big and not like the other bracket I showed them and said try these bring it back if it doesn't work then charge me to restock. They should know sizes better.

Went to Cambridge Home Hardware looking for kitchen cabinets to start a long anticipated renovation. We met Dan and were impressed with his knowledge and confidence in the Woodcrest cabinets. We ordered cabinets and gave a 50% deposit on May 4th with a time line of 9 weeks for our cabinet delivery, 25% restocking fee to cancel the order. With cabinets ordered we went ahead and started our kitchen reno with a 9 week timeline. 3 weeks later, and our kitchen looking like the posted picture I am told our cabinets have been delayed by 13 extra weeks, timeline for kitchen now 22 weeks. Cambridge Home Hardware cannot help with this as they claim it is not their fault it is the supplier" so was given contact for Woodcrest Cabinets. Spoke with management at Woodcrest Cabinets "they took too many orders as everyone is doing home reno's during COVID this has backed them up" They are very sorry but they are not willing to help or give any type of compensation. Manager at Woodcrest told me my delivery date was Oct 12. My last contact with anyone was July 7. No one has followed up with me in that time frame so this week I emailed Cambridge Home Hardware to check on my order I am now back to an estimated delivery date of Oct 18-22. I am more than frustrated at both companies signed a contract with a 9 week delivery frame (verified by Dan the day before with his Woodcrest Rep) which is now still an ESTIMATED 24 week delivery. Someone at one of these companies should be doing something to help at this point. Cambridge Home Hardware has my deposit and I have nothing 17 weeks later and counting!"

The young gentleman working at customer service so incredibly helpful and went beyond to resolve my issue. Unfortunately the store does not carry much inventory.
