This company was recommended to me by a friend. Brandon was the technician who attended today to repair my toilet. Both the office and Brandon called to let me know arrival time and upon arrival. After inspection of the problem, repair was explained and cost quoted. Brandon was knowledgeable and work performed in a timely manner. I am very happy with the service I received and highly recommend this company for their expertise and excellent service, which is rare these days.

I called Ace Plumbing and Heating when my old garage furnace died. Of course, it would happen just as the weather was turning cold. Jack immediately started looking for parts locally, hoping to get the furnace running right away. Unfortunately, there were no parts to be found here or anywhere else because the furnace was so old. So, he immediately ordered a new furnace and offered to drive 45 min out in the country and deliver temporary heating so my freezables would not be ruined by the cold. I had my electric heaters and he didn't have to make the trip out.Beth in the front office immediately set up and confirmed the appointment. You could tell that Jack and his staff care about their customers and are willing to go the extra mile literally to make sure we were taken care of.Nat and Gord called ahead and were on time. They went to work on that old furnace and had the new furnace installed in short order. Explaining the necessary steps needed to bring everything up to code. They were efficient, courteous and cleaned up after they were done. Totally satisfied with their service.Thank you!

I had my previous fridge with water and ice dispenser. I bought a new fridge and i need to hook it up to the water line. A simple install with ready made tubing that you can buy at Home Depot and i can do it by myself which cost me an over price job of $245. I will never call this company again to do simple installation. I will never recommend this company.

We had an emergency situation with a severe drain blockage. The answering service was very efficient and the technician who arrived to help us was extremely competent. The service was prompt and efficient. We were very impressed with the service and we would definitely recommend Ace Plumbing and Heating to anyone requiring assistance for this type of work.

Brandon is a gem.!!… he was on time and explained what he was going to do and what if necessary he may have to do if the job got more extensive!…. He did a great job and we will use him for all our plumbing jobs from now on !!You need to keep him in your company!!… we’ve gone through so many bad plumbers!… I still have a wobbly toilet downstairs that a plumber tried to fix three times from a different company… it works but we’ll have Brandon fix it later

The work itself was great- the business processes not so much. Was quoted $1599 to replace the hot water tank, with additional fees that I was not told about it was already 2k by the time they rung it through. I was then offered 3 packages at 2k, 2.5k, and 3.3k. There was no pressure to get any package. All additional charges were reasonable, I was just a bit surprised by them is all :).There was some issues with payment, which they have been really good about working with me to resolve this. I recommend using their pay by e transfer service if you don't have a lot of room on your CC.Work was professional and complete, price isn't the cheapest, but when it comes to my house, reliability and service length are more important than rock bottom prices.Would not hesitate to have them in my house again.

Ace Plumbing installed new gas line piping as part of our home renovation. Excellent in every way - likeable people, efficient service, end result looks/works great. Honest, too: Because of a change in how the job was the permitted, the city refunded some of the fees and Ace immediately passed on this refund to me several days after job was complete.

Have been dealing with Ace for many years. I’ve always been very satisfied with their service. My recent experience was a hot water tank replacement done by Brandon and David - excellent experience again.

Ace was originally called to fix our 40 year old furnace that had stopped working - they did get it up and running but we figured it was time for a replacement.As always, they provided the quote up front with all costs itemized. They showed up promptly and got the job done right! The tech (Brandon) has been out to our home before for another fix and is friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. I have been using Ace for plumbing/HVAC needs since 2007 and I highly recommend them.
