We've been purchasing from GTM for many years now. They always have the material we need, and we machine quite a few odd ball mat'ls. Aluminium pricing isn't as good as Clinton was, but at least they still exist. Customer service? It's a metal supplier. You send an email and they have it cut.

Great staff, great pricing and quick turn around. Never had an issue.

I looked at the other reviews and they aren't wrong. It's the kind of place you have to get accustomed to. They have everything there, sure it's a bit of a dump, the guys working there are a little rough around the edges, but the prices are unbeatable, stock is always there, they have everything under the sun for metals. Think of it like the bar that sells $2 beers. They always have your favorite and its cheap, but the service is as you would expect.

The guys in the office very rude. I went there Friday afternoon at 2:30pm and ask to see a sample of piece of stainless steel, he brought out two samples after selecting the one I want he said I should pay at the window then they're going to cut it. After I paid the guy at the window he said “pick up early Monday morning” then slammed the window closed in my in face, I stand there speechless, he opened the window and said they are busy, and it is Friday. I said you should have told me that before I paid, He then slammed the window again. Maybe they thought I would leave, the busy guys sitting there ignoring me standing outside in the cold, 5 minutes later he opened the window and said they're going to cut it I should wait in my car. Guess he doesn’t want any other customers come see me outside his window.If they had only communicated before I paid that I would have to pick up on Monday I would understand. Then I would decide on that.The older gentleman that brought out my order, he was respectful.

Friendly helpful staff

Every time. 20+ minute wait time when stated to be 5-10. Often having no shows or calls being misplaced. Poor customer service.

Always have what I need.

Worst customer service possible. Website says they carry acrylic sheets, but when I inquired about it, they talked to me like I was an idiot, claiming they don't sell acrylic. I refered to the information on their website, and was told in a one line email Go somewhere else". I encourage everyone to look elsewhere
