Wonderful clinic.. Dr.Sandhu is always friendly and takes time to explain treatment plan and procedures in detail. Hygienist Bailey was very pleasant. Receptionist was courteous and gave me a warm welcome. Great place , nice ambience and good people. Highly recommend!

Always an excellent experience here! Just had a root canal done and not only were they incredibly gentle (I almost fell asleep in the chair) but they did a fantastic job and kept checking in with me to make sure I was doing well!! Highly recommend always :)

I regrettably hadn’t been to a dentist for about eighteen years, in part because of anxiety over gagging. My first experience with Dentistry@Brockville was totally positive and lead to me looking forward to the follow up visit.Their adoption of technology starting with the online questionnaire and electronic reminders is very efficient. The staff greeting was warm and professional and attentive to my concerns, particularly about gagging. My initial cleaning and scaling was understandably lengthy given how long I had not seen a dentist yet it was not uncomfortable.Finally, my return appointment involved a few fillings, again not surprising, but everything from the freezing to the procedure itself was pain free and they were constantly attentive to my gagging anxiety as well as jaw fatigue.In summary, the visits were beyond my expectations and I’m looking forward to a good relationship going forward.

Sarah is so wonderful and kind! The entire team has been. I have extreme dental anxiety, and hadn’t been to the dentist in several years. I have been in 4 times total over the past 6ish months. For an initial exam, then under sedation for a wisdom tooth extraction and deep cleaning, followed by a quick check up after that to check on how things were healing, and just recently for a regular cleaning. Each and every time they have went above and beyond to make sure everything is going at a pace that is comfortable for me, and regularly check to make sure I am doing ok. This is the place to go for all your dental needs big and small!

It's really nice going here. Everyone is veryrelaxed and friendly. I chatted with the receptionist before being called in for my appointment. Dentist isn't rushed, he took his time to explain things to me. His assistant was also very easy to talk to. I had no worries about getting my tooth fixed. Great place❣️

I am the terrified dental patient. The staff were very calming warm and friendly. This was the first visit to this dentist and I had somewhat of an emergency. Dr Sandhu was wonderful, patient and gentle. I felt very calm and made it through the process. I am happy to say I have found a dentist and a really good one.
