The lady at the counter heard me talking to a friend and she already knew my order. I was surprised that she knew English as her 1st language was English. Also she has clever approach and open ears and thus saving time for everyone. That's what i would want for my company.

Stores good and helpful staff. Just dislike Quebec cannabis laws. I want to see my puduct before buying. I don't understand why it needs to be covered up if everyone is of age to enter store.

Friendly face but serious look dark skinned bodyguard, bright smiles and professional defensive stance on the desk attendants. Very young/hip staff, with all the looks you can think of! This store is accessible through the rear if you don't like the parking area.

Opens noon to 5pm the n weekdays only, what a joke of a location. Should just close down with employees that are lazy with horrible attitude

They have strikes and are closed pretty much all the time. It is a waste of fuel and time going there to see it’s closed again. Try Granby or Magog instead.

Your hours are never accurate. Went today at 4:15, says open till 5, was closed. Tons of people going up to the door and forced to find a way to the alternate sqdc across town. Some people had even taken taxis, so I guess they wasted their time and money. Seriously guys, come on.

Of course, being publicly owned, they are on strike. Lost time going there to be told to go to the East sherbrooke store. Nothing personnal against the staff, but privatization thos, competition would help. Monopolies are always bad. (Edit), now it is always closed. Its insane that street drug dealers are more reliable than the SQDC, well everything is more reliable and efficiant than a public monopoly taken hostage by a crook union. If competition was really allowed, this SQDC clown show would fill for bankrupcy in like a week, aaahhh a man can dream...
