If there is a possibility of giving a zero star then that is what I would have given them.The elevator in condo building 5170 Winston Churchill Blvd, Mississauga, ON has been out of order a number of times for a week each time. The technicians haven't a clue what is the issue. We keep getting happy talk that it will be fixed soon.I have a disability and must use the elevator. What am I supposed to do when no one is prepared to fix it?For practical purposes Kone is useless ... !!

I’ve never worked with this company but whoever was driving one of your cars license plate CCPD409 at 6am on Tues September 27th tried to run a red light and came incredibly close to hitting me while I crossed the street so maybe talk to him about that

We've had all elevators down in our 35 story building for a month, the one that is intermittently working keeps breaking down. It is at the point where it is a health and safety issue for the elderly and disabled in our building. KONE doesn't appear to think this is an issue. Blaming it on procurement issues is passing the buck, a reserve of essential materials should be maintained.

a new (2-3 y.o) condo building with 2 elevators, 1 of each has been consistently down every other month (sometimes with 6 week parts procurement times), currently have both elevators down. not sure if it's product quality or service quality, but they have no problems charging for every service on an item that operates like a train with little external factors..

Our experience was underwhelming and worse. Don't show up for any monthly inspections. Only respond to entrapment's and downs then charge for those visits. Years and years of empty service logbooks. Threatened legal action when cancelling. Use any other company.

date:may 13 2021 5:58 am ...this is guy with truck plate number AP 14533 this morning at University toronto downtown side road by rotman building just blocked road and ask him nicely to move side to go through behind building and he didn't move his truck and tell me to go around wrong way ..so rude and unprofessional worker ..i believe kone deserve better worker..

This gentleman was speeding on the exit ramp from Don Valley southbound to Bloor/Danforth,at a speed of 80 to 90 kph. Then proceeded to cut me off to get into the left lane. Funny that there are numbers missing from the phone number to report his driving.

Don’t do there loads. They don’t pay and unload trailer on time. Avoid. I also know my review won’t effect this company cause they are the only elevator company. But avoid there loads if u can. Employees at jobsites are rude. Swear on drivers.
