Not happy with the manager Suzanne at all! One day I was so upset almost in tears and there she sat with the biggest smile not willing to help. She was so rude, I left feeling worse than when I went in. Terrible customer service!

I have been a servus credit union member since the start and up until covid hit they were great. Now........ not looking good

Had a great experience setting up an account with Fernando Henriquez. He was very respectful answered any questions i had and got us in and out fast. 10/10 service !

Nov 7th, 2016, around 11am. I won't say her name here, head office can check your schedule, the senior woman, she may be manager or supervisor in this branch.A bank draft come from my client,it was teared to pieces, maybe 5 pieces, but no missing part of this bank draft, and I tape them together. The woman told me this bank can not go through the scanning system, I said can you try please,she refused to try and said, we don't try, it can not be accepted by scanning system. I mean, you don't even try, how can you know not be scaned. Even if can not go through automatic scanning system, you can input this draft to computer system, and you please call the draft provided bank to confirm. She refused me again and said same words, we don't try, it can't be scanned, you have to go back to the bank and replaced this bank draft.I said I can complain, why don't you even have a try to help your customer. I have mortgage here, have business account here, have credit card here in Servus. Finally, she bring the draft to back office, when she come back after couple of minutes,she said this draft must be replaced, can't be scared. And refused to call bank to confirm, refused to deposit this draft.I drive to other branch, a friendly lady told me no worry, but she did need to make a phone call to confirm this draft, would you mind to sit down. She called and deposit the draft for me.If every staff like this so called manager or supervisor, I hope there is a ZERO star.Is this your manager service, SERVUS CREDIT UNION? how can this kind of old woman be a manager or supervisor?

New chips cards from Servus have not worked at several gas bars, particularly Mobil and Esso. Called Servus and their response was Mobil and Esso will have to upgrade their card readers! Poor service in many other respects, but this was the last straw since I can't even access my account to buy gas. Closed the account.

My debit card always has a habit of not working at times. No one carry’s cash anymore I need a working debit card 100% of the time. I hate calling customer support because the branch is never open when I’m off work. Servus only has one great employee And she knows who she is. I’m probably gonna leave Servus since I always have to get my debit card reset to pay for gas or go to Costco.
