I would highly recommend Arden Pickles for your needs. It was our first time selling a house and had absolutely no idea what we were doing. I made one phone call to him and he was there for us at our convience. He took care of everything!! He met with us when it was a good time for us and never pressured us at all. He put my mom's house on the market and within 4 to 5 days the house was sold. He was there whenever we had questions and kept us in the loop when there were showings.
