Strongly do not recommend working for this company. Pricing changes regularly (increases) throughout the process. Any flexibility requirement is always a price conversation. CSR have no problem call you on weekend night to increase the price but they will ignore your call/email if they make a mistake and delay your project.

Pricing changes regularly (increases) throughout the process. The process is too long as a result of too many layers between purchaser and installer. There is no direct communication with the people who physically do the install. Your communication is with someone who never goes to site. Any flexibility requirement is always a price conversation. I found the culture to be opinionated, inflexible, and always right before you can speak. I would recommend a smaller outfit that may be more appreciative of your business and who's contact is closer to the install. My experience is that they have an entitled" culture."

Bottom feeder company. Do not work for this company, they are going to under pay you then guilt you into working extra hours. They have no idea how to train and half of their experienced staff quit. Their idea of training is throwing you into a specific job, and the trainers expect you to know all the ins and outs immediately. They can hardly keep staff in the door. People working there through the pandemic were given a pathetic raise of .25 cents. You wouldn't even notice that after taxes.When employees asked what they would do to remain competitive in the current job market, they said they would allow workers to start an hour later so long as they stayed an hour later. Don't waste your time unless you're desperate. There are better companies offering better wages.

Huge retention issues.They have no clue about basic restrictions for license classes and weight restrictions.Unsafe load strapping techniques. Vehicles are not setup for the trailers.Trailers have the capacity above a G license.When I tried to educate, I was either placated or told “we have been doing it this way for 30 years without a problem”

Great company to work for.Great benefits, employee incentive programs, flexible management team who are sensitive to employee needs, great employee culture, social committee always planning events, good work environment with positive team culture.

Employees were extremely rude, inconsiderate of other trades working on the same project.

For reference, we paid a substantial deposit almost immediately. Shortly after that deposit was paid the communication and customer service took a turn for the worst. Very disappointed. Delays well beyond anything reasonable. Months with no explanation or communication. Calls and emails ignored or replied to with fluff. Now today... signs upposed to be installed (finally) ... and still nothing there today. Incredible. Beyond frustrated with this company and wouldn't wish them on my worst enemy.
