First time using sphere and couldn’t be more happy with the service. The whole process is setup so easy. Get your quote online and a shipping kit comes to your home. Send your phone & receive money in a week. The team was also very quick in responding to my concerns. Went in with my old iPhone! But is better to do everything from home, they will sent you a box and pay for shipping! After they check your phone is okay then you can get paid by e-transfer, cheque or cash!If you need to go in you will have to ring a bell and go upstairs, it’s a tiny entrance you won’t even notice the place but once you go in it’s a decent /nice place.I recommend selling your phone here instead of doing the hustle of Facebook market. I got my money in an hour. They’re fast too.

Incredible service. They sent me a prepaid bubble wrapped envelope, I sent it two phones, and within a few days they had emailed me to say they received the phones and gave me the value. I agree to the price and they sent an interac payment within minutes. Very impressive company, will use them again, have some old phones sitting around and didn't know what to do with them and didn't want to throw them out, now I know, send them to sphere. highly recommend.

After comparing other online sites and local stores, Spherethat offered the best price.Not only did they offer the best price for my cell phone, they also pay by check, paypal, or interac instead of a pre paid visa card.The site says the entire process takes two weeks but this also depends on fast you send your phone back and if you want to wait for a check or receive an instant payment.I sent mine back the day after receiving my shipping label and received my check 2 weeks after that.So about 3 weeks in total.Overall, easy to do business with and would recommend to others to try.
