We are a retired couple from Toronto who happened onto a great cruise deal just after we retired. The cruise deal was with Cruise Connections Canada. We purchased our first cruise on Holland America cruising the Mediterranean Sea from Venice to Barcelona in 2016. Since then we have cruised 8 times on a variety of ships throughout the world. We have already booked 3 more cruises for 2024, and this has all been done through Cruise Connections Canada. We have always dealt with Joanne Fong as our Cruise Specialist who has been wonderful in finding us deals and providing us with very helpful hints on what to expect. She treats us like family. We also enjoy the presentations done by all the staff under the leadership of Sanjay the President of the company on deals that they have negotiated with various cruise companies, or a tour or cruise hosted by the President with all sorts of goodies tucked into the price.Last year we found ourselves in Bucharest without a flight home during a one day strike by Lufthansa. We contacted Cruise Connections and they arranged a flight out early the next morning the day after the strike. Many of our friends who booked their own flights were delayed by days getting out. Cruise Connections was there for us. Thanks Joanne and the flight team for all their help.We highly recommend this company for all your cruising dreams.

Cruise Connections advertised:“Huge Spring SaleUp to 55% OFFPlus Bonus Perks!” for cruising.I spent time going through the different possibilities, comparing locations, dates and prices. When I finally selected one that was suitably priced, I clicked the request quote button. I received and email with a quote that was much higher than advertised. When I asked about it, I was informed that “this was the old promotion”. I sent her the live link showing it was currently being advertised, and she offered a different deal instead - one that is not even as good as the one being offered by the cruise line. Why even use a middleman if their pricing isn’t as good as the cruise line?I’m really disappointed that I was baited by this company, and wasted so much time, all the while believing that their advertised offer was legitimate.

We booked several cruises through Cruise Connections. We have gotten really good prices on special promotions they have offered and their customer service is very good. Our agent there is Dianne Maano, who is wonderful. She is extremely helpful, reliable, very good at getting back to us and ensuring that everything goes smoothly.

The owner alone doesn't make the company great, the staff who works at the company are all very professional and dedicated people. My Travel Consultant, Joanne, she is the most friendly, highly efficient and helpful consultant that I have encountered. When she said she will be get back to you soon with an answer, she meant it. In my recent cruise booking, the travel agent Gary Mei and his team Elon Chopra have gone the extra mile to get the best possible flight arrangements after days of negotiating with the cruise company.
