It’s always a pleasure to shop at Urban Barn Skyview Power Centre. Lots of selection and the staff is always helpful and friendly. Love my new bedroom decor and getting it at 20% off was even better!

I originally went to the Mayfield location as it is closer for me, but I had exceptional service from all the staff at Skyview. Not only did they efficiently help me with my purchase, the gentleman was very friendly and chatted with me while my coffee tables were being wrapped. I will be back.

I was very impressed by the customer service I received at the urban barn at Skyview. So friendly. You have amazing people working there and they go above and beyond. I was looking for a stocking in ivory and they showed that they had one at that location but they couldn’t find it. A-few days later I received a phone call and I was so impressed. Roshna was amazing.

All the employees are so wonderful. They really take the time to help and when you’re waiting on something to go on sale , they watch and call you when it goes. Highly recommend

I'm a regular shopper at Urban Barn, but after my most recent experience I won't be back. I purchased a mirror that needed to be ordered in as the store didn't have it in stock. I expressly asked if I'd be able to return it if it didn't work in the space I needed it for. I was assured that I would be able to return it for store credit. Yesterday I called the store to double check that I could return it. The person I spoke to looked up my file and assured me it was fine and that it would be store credit. I just dragged the massive (heavy) mirror back to the store only for some snotty employee (who was snotty from the moment I walked in with a return, before even knowing the situation) to tell me I can't return it as it is outside of a 14 day window from purchase. Well I ordered (and paid for) the mirror on August 10th but it didn't come in for much more than 14 days. How can I return something within 14 days that I don't even possess? Shocking customer treatment and I will be filing a complaint with head office. I'm mostly annoyed that I called yesterday to check and was told something completely different to what was told to me today and I've wasted my time and $200.

I am a regular customer at this location and I can’t say enough about the staff. Special thank you to MaryJayne and Mariana for their help in choosing family room furniture. Such attention to detail in coordinating the entire room, from furniture to tables, lighting and accessories. This has always been my one stop for everything. l love how they layer and combine different materials and textures. They completely transformed my space. Can’t wait for my delivery!
