This is an amazing shop, if you need something done give them a call.They take great care of vehicles with realistic standards on what needs to be repaired vs what can wait. I brought my truck in for my brake pedal pushing back on my foot, dropped off truck only to be told I needed a new emergency brake and new back brakes, I declined on the emergency brake since I never use it, I pick up truck after paying over 1300.00 for back brakes and didn't get out of the parking lot because the same issue is still there. I get out to tell them and told to bring truck back in a few days to allow the brakes to form. The following day I almost hit another vehicle and call to explain the problem is still happening, Terri tries to tell me its all in my head and there is nothing wrong, and that his guy" took it for a test drive to the tune of 100.00. He finally admits there is something wrong and probably a bearing $600 estimate or sensor for $200. I ask why doesn't he know what the problem is

Over priced. Poor customer service. :( Do not ever take your vehicle here for service. How they are in business I have no clue???

I brought my classic car into this shop yesterday for a simple oil change. After I received it back after an hour wait there are scratch marks on the bumper. I am beyond disappointed and upset of the lack of care for a classic car that has been in pristine condition for the last 35 years, only to go in for an oil change and come back with scratches on the paint. I do not recommend this shop as they clearly are not mindful of taking care of the cars they are working on.

I brought my vehicle to West Kildonan Auto and Tire Sevice after Vickar Nissan refused to fix a few safety issues that I had. The team repaired the vehicle and made it drive brand new again. Thank you!

I brought my truck twice to the shop recently, with different concerns. Both times I found their service to be very professional and courteous. Prices I was charged were a small fraction I would have to pay if I took the car to the dealership. Highly recommended.

I only go to Ford. Until Seven Oaks Transmission referred me to West K Auto. Their mechanic replaced parts I've had done at Ford many times. Only this gentleman is born with a talent, and knowledge and feel on how to install perfect measurement of hub bearings and calipers. MY old truck after many attempts at Ford could not get my rear tires to spin and squeel like a race car. Until Don put his hands on it! Now I'm getting the last hub put on by him. Because there are very few mechanics like him. Perfect measurements and ft pounds of pressure. My only regret is i didnt go here years sooner and I've spent thousands of dollars before I finally found Don who fixed the slow start I used to have. You have to know a your vehicle well and I can feel the difference! Give this man a raise.

I highly recommend West Kildonan Auto. Rich and staff are always helpful, friendly and honest. He explains with great detail what is needed or not needed, and what was done or should be done. He never discounts my questions and is always a pleasure to deal with. They are wonderful!

They did a number of things for my vehicle and arranged the tow from where I broke down, possibly the best mechanic around!!! Terry especially was amazing! Honest and reliable! Highly recommend
