My Smok Nord was leaking, tasting burnt and a coil got stuck in the mouth piece. This vape shop corrected the problem and informed me about the product I was using. Thank you!One month later: still hate the smok nord. The top pops off and falls constantly. Leaks every day and I'm changing my coil way too often. I would never recommend this product to anyone.

This is my go-to vape store in London. They have the best prices and are so knowledgeable about the products. Best part is I didn't have to go through flavor books to find the one. I just told them my preference and was suggested some really great juices.

Great place! Great people! Customer focused.Have been a handful of times now, also visiting your highness which seems to be a shared shop in a way. The employees are great in both stores. Know what they're doing and very polite and pleasant to talk with. Plenty of product selection. Proper pricing. I can't say a bad thing about this place. The store owner himself is there a good majority of the time. He is awsome to talk with as well. Would definitely recommend going in and at least taking a look. For sure a step up over forest city vape and similar shops.
