Been to two sessions and going on my third now and so far in just the two sessions he's helped me through a lot and was very understanding with no bias whatsoever on any topic and I highly recommend Jay because he is a really good professional on what he does and I'm sure he can help anyone who needs counselling in the area.

Seems nice at first but a bit patronizing and condescending. Spoke to me like I had little experience or insight with my own problems. Cut me off when speaking, name drops, and boasts about himself. Left feeling disappointed and even worse.

After suffering with depression and anxiety for over 20 years, I finally got myself in to see Jay after the relationship I was in had fallen apart. During my first session with Jay I thought he was a bit of a weirdo, but then he dropped a truth bomb on me and I knew he was a great fit for me. After seeing him for a few months, I was able to get my head in better spot than it had been in a very long time (to the point where I felt foolish about not doing this sooner). He even helped fix my relationship (we're now married). I recommend Jay to everyone I talk to that is struggling and will continue to do so.

This review is a little late in coming as I had not seen the opportunity to write one. I and two family members saw Jay several years ago. I on my own and then with family. When on my own he listened and seemed to understand the issues snd had several comments to make. A few weeks later when another visit involved a family member he sat and totally reversed all he had said the previous visit which stunned me. He agreed with the family member which gave this person “ a feather in his hat”. I went back so I could understand what he had meant and he said he just agreed with him so he could have him back snd work on his issues. The worst $400 I have ever spent

JAY STUKEL helped me thru my divorce it was horrible but he really cared and was there for me 100% all the way. He helped me understand it was not my fault that all my feelings were normal thank God for Him he really helped me get thru it all.
