When i have been there at 4:45am there’s lady said me to come again after 5:00am but store open 24hrs. She talked very rude.

More than half the time my order is wrong. Today, i got a breakfast combo with a caramel iced capp. I got a plain ice capp and they made my breakfast on the wrong bagel even though I corrected them twice when at the order speaker. The store by Sobeys has way better service.

let me start off by saying i am revolted by the negligence of this establishment. i have been travelling all day and i am starving. i went into the establishment and asked for my regular order, which they were not serving at the time as it was a breakfast item. i said alright that’s fine, explained politely that i have a dairy intolerance, and asked the staff member wether a certain sandwich on the menu contained any dairy. she looked at me and smiled, and explained “we can’t be certain.” i then asked if there was possibly an ingredients list she could check, and she said “i don’t know, no” another staff member joined her at the counter and i then asked him if there was an ingredient list and explained my situation, and he simply shrugged at me and walked away. the two staff members then whispered and laughed at each other as i was leaving as if i was the problem. this business has “short staffed, please be patient” signs spread about, as if being short staffed is an excuse for rude, incompetent customer service. to the manager of this establishment, your employees are embarrassing you and your business. it is hard enough to be inconvenienced daily by an intolerance or allergy, people don’t need to also be publicly embarrassed by the staff at tim hortons. do better.

Lazy staff who don't care about their customers. You guys close at 11:00 & it was only just after 9:00 when I asked for a wrap & the person taking my order said sorry can't do wraps

I don't usually go to Tim Hortons, and based on the service I got recently I won't ever again, very slow and rude, WOW I was very surprised for a national chain like Timmy's should have been much better!

Worst experience guy working inside doesn’t open door after opening time 4:30 i was waiting outside and wave him in -6 c but he dont care …… please update your opening hours at least someone will not waste time for your comfort
