I personally grew up in a trailer in the summer months and my dad always purchased his trailers at Nickel Belt Camping even back when Mr Forget owned it. As an adult, I now am on my 2nd trailer purchased here and haven’t looked back. Sold by Emile, you rock! My husband and I had a little hiccup lately with service but Nickel Belt Camping totally redeemed themselves and gave us the top notch service we had always experienced in the past. Purchased a used trailer in October 2022. We were promised great service but received terrible service. The service department was supposed to inspect and clean the entire unit. We were told the service was completed and we could pick the trailer 2 days later. When we arrived nothing had been serviced, not even started. We waited 4 hrs while they rushed to do their job. On arriving home the battery was not charging. We had to make another appointment to get that checked. We lived 200 km away. The cost of driving back with the trailer was unnecessary and we should not have to if the inspection had been done properly. It turned out there was a fuse missing. We spent a lot our own time figuring out the problem our selves. It was very stressful.

Our entire shopping experience with Nickel Belt has been fantastic. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable and I would recommend purchasing an RV there.We also unfortunately had the misfortune of having a number of manufacturer issues with the trailer but after a few visits to the dealership they were able to help us through our frustrations and make everything right. Thanks to them we can look forward to a summer of trouble free camping.
