The crew was professional and friendly and, so far as I can tell, they did a great job installing the system. My only complaint is a lack of communication. The removal of our old ac unit ended up costing us an additional $600. While I am partly to blame because I never got the removal in writing as part of the original job, I wish I would have been told the extra cost was going to be added before they came and removed the unit. That being said, I'd use B&B again, just get the entire job in writing before work begins.

The owner came out at the drop of a hat. Had the most competitive quote. Very nice, respectful, and professional. Turns out I had a different hvac issue on top of a furnace replacement. The gentleman called me back the next day to check and make sure everything was working as it should. Works wonderfully. Happy with the service. Will use again!

Very professional. I have had them over to repair an old furnace and when it was time, I selected them to install a new one. No pressure, good work, goes the extra bit to make sure things are better than ever. Helps with the little things. I didn't hear,not my job". Great and awesome crew
