I enjoy the experience @Fiorio Cumberland. I love the location. I had a bit of a disaster on my hair that needed fixing. Chrisy gave me a beautiful blunt cut, my hair is super fine, it’s perfect now. I am a retired stylist and I do have a difficult time getting a good haircut. Thank you :)All the staff right from my check in upon arrival are super friendly and professional.

Daniel was absolutely AMAZING! A true master at his craft. He made my visit so wonderful and listened to what I wanted and made such a beautiful cut! I immediately booked a second appointment! Looking forward to coming back in May!!

I called in this morning and right away someone named Alyssa answered the phone and she was very friendly and organized. She booked me in for a haircut and style same day in the afternoon. I got my haircut and styled by Leah (not sure of spelling). I am very impressed and happy with my haircut. Leah really listened to what I wanted and did a great job. The salon is also clean and top notch. I will definitely go back when I need my haircut again. Thanks Fiorio Cumberland!

Amazing experience with Daniel. This was my second time having my hair cut by him. This time I came in unsatisfied with a cut I had done at another place, and he really took the time to understand what it was I was looking for, and absolutely nailed it. He has a very clear understanding of how hair will naturally fall and what will flatter your proportions. He's also super enjoyable to converse with.This is definitely a higher-end spot in the city but honestly, the price was worth it to walk out feeling so confident and I will definitely be back. Lovely staff and calm environment.

Service: Top notch service from all the staff at this location. From the receptionists to the hairstylists it’s been all a very positive experience. Recently, I was so busy helping my girlfriend prepare for her engagement party, I forgot to book a hair appointment. They managed to squeeze me in last minute. I am so appreciative for what they’ve done for me.All the hairstylists I’ve dealt with are professional, compassionate, considerate and kind. Definitely would recommend them!

I just came back from getting a haircut from Phillipe (sorry if that isn't the correct spelling!) and I am SO happy. He was so kind, empathetic and listened and helped with all my concerns. It has been one of the best haircut experiences I've had, especially for someone who has a lot of anxiety around their hair. He made me feel very comfortable and cut my hair exactly as I wanted - he is super talented. Also wanted to mention the girls at the counter are SO sweet, friendly and patient and the other staff I've encountered have all been super nice and knowledgeable. Overall had a great experience. <3

I've been a client of Emily's for a few years now. She is so creative and talentedl! Not only do I love my hair colour after my visits, I also enjoy our chats. Emily is a gem and so personable!

There are a lot of stairs to climb in order to get into salon. After having knee issues I had to choose a different salon for a bit. Otherwise the salon is ok, the staff are friendly and chatty. Good colour techs and generally a good hair cutting experience.

I have been a returning client at Fiorio for a little over a year now. Every single experience has been exceptional and I have left the salon feeling beyond satisfied with the results of my hair cuts and colours. Today I was BLOWN AWAY with the incredible job Stephen did on my hair. I needed a colour correction and I know the job was not going to be easy. His enthusiasm and passion made me feel so comfortable and excited about this big hair change. He was patient, welcoming, and ensured I knew and understood every step of the process which made me feel so valued as a client. The results have exceeded my expectations and I was essentially at a loss for words when I looked in the mirror. This has been my best hair experience to date and I am overjoyed with my new hair. I highly recommend visiting this salon and I can confidently say that you will leave with something better than you could imagine. I have had the pleasure of having appointments with Dina, Raf, and Christine as well for a variety of services and have always left the salon thrilled with the way my hair looks; they’re all amazing. After trying lots of saloons, finally I found a nice place for my hair. You don’t need to be worried about your hair here because they won’t be damaged after colouring, the materials they use are great. Also, the their professionals are honest and they care about you. I was with Emily and I can’t say how great she is. Happy to find this place.
