Snow toppled a dozen 12’ cedars that formed part of a hedge between my place and my neighbour’s. I called Bartlett and they had a crew out in no time to cut them down and haul them away. That left the stumps, which another crew ground out a few days later. Bartlett explained the stumps revealed root-rot, which contributed to the weakened condition of the plants. A month after the snowfall, we’ve got a new fence to fill the gap. Bartlett also tied back many hanging branches on my remaining hedge, which they’re now scheduled to trim. The two young men who came to work on our property did an excellent job: efficient, professional, and most of all, no damage was done to underlying structures and plants (a worry that had me procrastinating for quite some time). Immaculate clean up, and off they drove into the sunset (which we could now see after their careful and effective pruning).

Echoing my neighbor's disappointment in this local business failing to adhere to the local truck route bylaw and instead driving by our playgrounds, parks, ball parks and tennis courts every day with VERY large full length rigs. Curious if you guys would appreciate the same. Will recommend my network use a didderent and more courteous company for tree care.

This company came onto my property to cut branches from my tree without my permission. The tree cutter was in a basket overhanging my property just chopping away at a tree that was not on the adjoining property, not hazardous in anyway and yet the tree cutter was chopping my tree without permission. Had no idea where the property line was, did not ask or check. Unprofessional in the extreme.
