Better Prep

10/10! Excellent meals, we are in the midst of our first week and we are so impressed. We switched over from a larger meal prep company for our lunches and we could not be happier with better prep! We’ve already signed up for the weekly subscription service. Looking forward to trying more items. Thank you for such fantastic and healthy meals.

I tried Better Prep to help me eat better without compromising flavor and convenience. I appreciate the care for the ingredients and flavors put together. Most of the recipes were really good with just a couple I didn't like. I would prefer more variation with the deluxe subscription, I didn't like having duplicate meals.

Really impressed with Better Prep. The menu has a ton of options, that can be easily customized to accommodate most dietary restrictions. The food is super fresh and tastes great!

I was looking for a meal prep service that offered anti-inflammatory & gluten aware options and stumbled across Better Prep while doing my research. This was my first time trying a meal prep service in Calgary, and I was not disappointed.Last night I tried the Saffron Stew. Un-BELIEVEABLE. For my lunch today, I'm enjoying the Crunchy Thai Buddha Bowl. So yum.I went with the A La Carte option to start, but based on such a great first impression, I'll be opting into their plans the next go-around.Thanks for providing a flexible menu that is delicious, and healthy!

10/10. Best meal prep service i've tried yet. The food was all delicious, really well portioned, and best of all it was healthy! They have a really varietal and easily customizable menu. The set delivery times are super convenient because you know when your order will be delivered. I tried their Mediterranean bowl with Tofu and it was some of the best tofu I've ever tried. You have to order from better prep. Your tastebuds and body will thank you!

For heating instructions I would have preferred a little note in the bag or on the meals as my first attempt at heating in the microwave ended badly with melted plastic and a ruined meal. I did receive the instructions I found later in my junk mail. All in all I am not sure I would do a subscription again but will definitely order individual meals!

I tried Better Prep meals for the first time recently and I am so impressed with the quality and the amazing customer service. It's so refreshing to have a meal prep service that offers locally sourced and organic ingredients I can feel really good about.
