Gracious Dry Cleaners is the only dry cleaners I trust to care for my garments. They offer an array of services with quick turn around, at average pricing. They were a massive help in 2020 when my landlord sprayed a chemical solution, unbeknownst to me, in the building where I lived and the odour penetrated all of mine and my fiance's clothing. I was surprised at how many different styles and materials Gracious Dry Cleaners were able to clean -- they even cleaned my Joe Rocket tactile motorcycle jacket and my fiance's leather/tactile motorcycle jacket! What was most special for us was Ahmad's immediate assistance to my request nearly 2 years later for a copy of our receipt, to support a lawsuit against our former landlord.I am giving Gracious Dry Cleaners FIVE stars in their attention to detail, care for customer service, efficient process, and environmentally conscious solutions.Of note, I have not (yet) accessed their area rug cleaning services but noticed it was available during my recent visit -- I thought this was a very niche and convenient service being offered at a dry cleaners.

Great Customer Service from the 1st moment I visited to get a suit dry cleaned I was treated like a repeat Customer with the welcoming warmth of the greetings.I needed an early delivery on my service and they actually facilitated me and delivered on time.Great all round Customer service and care.Needless to say I continue to go and I am completely satisfied with the service standards

My dress was returned in a damaged state, the item was a $125 linen pinstriped dress and the black pinstripe threads had been pulled in approximately 8 different places, there was no notification by the cleaner that the article had been damaged during the cleaning process, the dress is no longer wearable.This was my first time using this cleaner and it was only due to high reviews that I gave them my business.I also received three texts messages from this company requesting my review, and it was the third text that triggered this rating.I do not recommend using this cleaner due to not only the damage incurred, and lack of communication on this, it is also due to receiving 3 texts messages.

I brought in a carpet for repair on one end (older corded carpet) and cleaning. I even asked the guy if the age would be an issue; he said no. When I get the carpet back 2 Months later! it has More holes in it then when I took it in! When I called about they said to bring it back (another hour ‘n a half drive by the way) I take it in. They ‘fix’ it again? (Third 1 1/2 drive for pick up) Nope! Still has holes and the stitching is so loose more broke open the first time I vacuumed it. I didn’t write a review then because A) I was pi$&ed and know I would have used some nasty words, and B) I wanted to forget the da$n experience happened! I’m writing today because Months!! After this I got a text from them asking my if I loved the business?!?! No I did Not!!Ps the only reason they’re getting two stars is because it was cleaned very well (was told they send out to another company and this is what took so long) and the counter employ helped me load it

This was my first time using Gracious Dry Cleaners. I brought in a very expensive comforter and sham set made by Ugg worth aprox $500. The only positive thing I can say is that it looked clean upon inspection.Upon picking it up it was placed in what looked like a clear garbage bag! Taking a closer look at home the comforter was haphazardly put in the bag not even properly folded. Needless to say I’m not happy about this. It should have been folded or packaged differently. Especially paying aprox $50 to have this dry cleaned and the value of this set.Lastly when I dropped my comforter set off a girl served me. She could use some training on how to treat a customer with a little more appreciation and friendliness. But picking it up it was a young fellow who was a delight to deal with! He even offered to help by taking it to my car for me an absolutely wonderful young man!!I unfortunately will think twice before returning here.

I’ve been using Gracious dry cleaners for years. The staff is always friendly and my clothes are always cleaned in a timely fashion. Whether it’s a rush or a week or so? Very happy with their services.Paul Gallant

This business takes pride in making sure their customers are taken care of. They are efficient at their cleaning and address any concerns you may have about the cleaning of your clothes. They will make any attempt to do the best they can to remove any stains to your clothing. They are always friendly and approachable.

I had pleasure of using Gracious Dry Cleaners. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The quality of their work always met my expectations. And the turnaround time was exceptional. Definitely will come back to them for dry cleaning my garments.

I had to get shout dry-cleaned for my son and… time got away from me. I was in a panic when no one could get the suit cleaned for me. The staff here were amazing and assured me they could get the job done. Not only did they get the job done, they did so at a reasonable price. I highly recommend to others and will always take my dry cleaning here moving forward.

Destroyed my dress and refused to take responsibility or issue a refund or compensate for the repairs.The owner is an absolute jerk. He admitted the damage occurred while in his possession but refused to issue a refund. He didn't even apologize or care at all he destroyed my wedding dress (which I planned to wear again at a vow renewal).I showed him the receipts from when I bought the dress and had it altered to prove the cost of the repairs and explained I only wanted him to refund the cleaning fees so I could use that money towards the cost. I was not asking him to cover restoration costs, only to refund the money he charged.He refused and told us they are not liable for anything and to go talk to a lawyer
