We had a great move using VR. They took care of everything, dismantling the bedroom set, the TV, dinning room table and handled everything with care from start to finish. Great team, service and reliable. I will def using them again on our next move!!!

We used VR moving to move our 600 lb commercial treadmill from our garage to our basement and to remove our old treadmill from the basement. Booking was easy and they were able to accommodate the day we wanted. They were punctual and kept in touch with us leading up to the moving time. The crew were super friendly and hard working. I'm telling you, they aren't just movers they must be engineers. They were able to take my treadmill apart, get it in to the basement and put it back together. This wasn't your regular treadmill. Geniuses!! Not a scratch on the walls, no damage to anything at all. They were amazing! We did have a miscommunication about the disposal of my old treadmill but everything was sorted and they really kept on top of it. Worth every penny! Thanks everyone!

I had to move from Toronto to Windsor, Ontario. I was a complicated client, requiring the guys to come multiple days; my building service elevator was out of order and a few other adjustments were needed.Rita was an excellent problem solver and just made sure all worked out smoothly when any new hiccup showed up. Excellent experience! Given all the horror stories you hear about moving companies including the large ones, we did our research and chose VR Moving to move all of our furniture and belongings from our condo and storage facility to a new storage unit. They were on-time, professional, polite, experienced and easy to work with. They wrapped and moved all of our belongings, disassembled our furniture where required and showed us how to reassemble, keeping all parts and screws etc organised. They are obviously experienced and made some useful and helpful suggestions to protect our goods. They had all the equipment needed and took care not to damage the elevator and common areas of our condo, as well as the interior of our unit. This is a family owned and run business and they all worked very hard and were well coordinated, we even had some laughs on what is a very stressful day. I would use their service again without hesitation. Thank you Rita, Victor and your crew for taking the work and worry our of moving.

I couldn't be happier with how my move went. This wonderful crew showed up on time with a large truck and moved out my entire house through the patio. I was worried about my narrow staircases but when they finished everything was intact. Furniture that had to be disassembled was put back together in my new place.Everything went according to plan and they honored the quote they initially gave me.Rita and the crew are warm, caring people who understand that moving is a very stressful process.I would and have recommended them to everyone I know.
