Ultramar - Gas Station

Not actually 24 hours, plus do not go in if there is an easy Indian woman. Literally went to bug a pack of cigarettes and they were closed, she proceeded to give me the finger, when I asked for the managers information she then stated if I did not leave shed call the police. Is this the type of service I should expect from this place? I would love to hear from he adminstration/Managers of this facility regarding the events of aug31st 2031 at around 1045 pm. It would be nice if they were actually open during their “working hours”.I’ve popped in to get gas multiple mornings between 5:30am-6:30am and have had to turn around countless times because they aren’t open.This morning being a perfect example, 6:30am and they were closed.

I was regular customer at this station but I was there at around 7:50pm on November 12,2022 very poor customer service. The guy was sitting on stool while taking customers and he was on the phone. I would never come to this station.

Gas station was closed for more than 30 minutes for no reason all the lights were off.I went there today again on April 18,2023 , the store was closed at 10 pm. I don’t think it’s 24 hours however it’s their own hours.

Lady on lottery machine doesn't know how to work machine tried over charging me for tickets. She says me no look at tickets me cancel ,I said yes, total should be $26 she was charging me $75. Where that came from I don't know glad I was paying attention . This was @ 2: 00 Fri 25th

I always come to this location to refill. Great service always. But, today at 9:30 am July 23 , the guy at the desk was very rude… all time on video chat, didn’t even eye contact with customer, handing over receipt while chatting with buddies on phone in different languages. Very disrespectful gesture. Never experienced such service in canada let alone this location!!!

The woman who worked Friday evening on Aug27/21 was kind, extremely outgoing and had excellent manners.I became stranded in an unexpected situation with no help, later in the evening.Did not have immediate access to transportation home, did not know bus routes and zero access to a working phone.With arms full of purchases.No payphones were available and no data access on my phone. Haven't been around this city enough to know every area.She helped by finding a close and correct bus stop, that got me home safely and quickly.Top notch Customer Service from this company.That kind, young woman deserves appreciation, a raise or promotion.I will direct people to this establishment often.Thank you for helping me find a way home and having compassion for your customers.

Stop putting damaged chargers in your store! Or at least provide or exchange the damaged product. I literally checked in my car and went back to exchange, cashier clearly said they don’t have refund or exchange policy. It was literally 2 mins! Scam Alert!!
