We had purchased a brand new home back in November 2019 and we started to have some issues with our AC late spring. I called and talked to Abby and she sent out a tech. We were super happy with the tech who was sent out to our home. His name was Scott and I have to say that he gave us so much more information not just about our AC but also our furnace, HRV and humidifier. He was very professional and very informative! He gave us some great information on how to keep our home running smoothly! Abby and Scott both showed fantastic customer service and we are completely satisfied customers! AWESOME JOB KOLIBAB MECHANICAL.

If I could give 0 stars I would. They were the plumbing trade that my home builder selected and have been awful to work with. I decided to change my plumbing fixtures from the builder standard and Kolibab's price quote was more than $500 higher than if I bought the exact same components myself. There were issues during installation, delays in getting the final invoice at the end and now that the home is complete they refuse to help with the warranty issues. STAY AWAY!Edit: I received a followup call after posting this review and we went over my concerns listed above. There was definitely a lack of communication throughout my home building process and his explanations were good to hear.

Called looking for someone to troubleshoot our gas fireplace. We were booked in for the next day at a time they suited (noon, 23 December). Their field person showed up exactly on time, called to let us know, was polite, got right to work, and took care of the problem immediately and was gone without any mess. Everyone involved communicated clearly, professionally, and did what they said they’d do. Awesome job Colin and Abby!

We had an issue with the cooling system in our condo, scott was very helpful, he immediately thought of every possible way to help us, he even contacted the management of the building several times.He was on time, very responsive and extremely fast and accurate with everything he did.Very great service!! Highly recommended

We hired Kolibab Mechanical to heat our garage. They did it so quickly and the men working were professional and kind! We highly recommend this company! Ryan and his crew were very transparent on what needed to be done, what they were going to do and how they were going to do it. We even got a follow up call from his sweet secretary Abby asking how everything was! Great customer service.

Kolibab has been great to deal with! They are prompt and professional, and came out ASAP when our AC froze up. They went through things with us so we understood how the systems work together so it wouldn’t happen again, as well as some handy tips for the spring and fall seasons. Would highly recommend.

There were some issues with the manufacturer of my AC which caused quite a delay - but once we were able to figure things out, my AC was replaced immediately and Scott did a great job (he replaced the entire unit in less than 3 hours!). Abigail was also great to deal with and tried her best to keep me informed. Though I wasn't happy with the multi-week delay, I do understand it was out of Kolibab's hands and they did their best!

Great service and quick responce time. Professional and clean work as they serviced my plumbing issues. Glad to use Ryan and his knowlegeable crew to service my home.
