I find the staff very friendly. Good inventory. If you lowered your prices you would get 5 stars. Low income shoppers rely on fair prices

Prices are unreasonable! Clothing is often filled with hair, dirty, smell terrible.... just unfit to be put out on the floor! Some of the employees act like the items are new and are unreasonable when there isn't a price on things! They forget that all the items were donated!!!

Sure, they have a large selection, but with prices going up and customer service tanking, if I wanted to overpay at a military compound. I think I could find somewhere better to do it.

Prices have really increased for used items! A pair of used toddler shorts were $3.50. Walmart sells a 2 pack of similar shorts for $10. Standard Adult shorts were $15. Walmart was the same price. Selection has been better in the past. Not loving all of the self check outs! Will go back because sometimes you just don't buy new for certain things if you can help it.

Large verity, lady I talked to was very kind and helpful. Frustrating that they don’t have fitting rooms but also will only do exchanges no money back. Found a few things that were priced the same or higher then at other stores for new.
