I have been coming to this office for almost a year now for my chronic migraines from a concussion. I've seen Dr. Webber who is lovely and Dr. Mast, who is patient, sympathetic and very skilled at his job. I am lucky to be a patient here, the doctors are wonderful and the office staff are incredibly kind.When I first started going to this office, my concussion symptoms were awful. Betty has been so helpful since the beginning and continues to goes above and beyond in her role. Whenever I interact with Betty, I can tell she genuinely cares and and wants to help; it feels like having family take care of you.Also, before the snow storm, Betty proactively called me, along with all the other patients to arrange for us to come in before the roads become unsafe and Dr. Mast stayed until all the patients were seen.Overall, to summarize my experience here, I would say all of the people in this office are in healthcare because they genuinely care and want to help. I don't write reviews often but I have to after hearing how some patients treat the staff her, especially Betty. She is so kind-hearted and good at her job. Please be kind to her, she's a gem <3

My experiences with Dr Mast, Dr Webber and Betty have been overwhelmingly positive. They are knowledgeable, compassionate and professional and care deeply about the well-being of their patients. Be kind to the staff; the clinic is a busy place and they’re obviously doing all they can.

I see Dr. Mast for Botox and nerve blocks for migraines. I appreciate the time he takes with his patients. He is also willing to work after hours to ensure he can help as many of his patients as possible. Dr. Mast is extremely caring and knowledgeable and I highly recommend him. The office staff are always very helpful, as well.

I started coming to this clinic to see Dr. Webber for my migraine and later being referred to Dr. Mast for botox treatment. I cannot say enough positive things about them. They are caring, thorough, and professional. Dr. Mast really takes the time to understand my condition and reassures me that it will get better". He goes above and beyond to make sure I get the care that I need. MOA Betty is very knowledgeable and can "get things done". I am so fortunate to have them as my health service providers !"

Dr. Bahar Bahrani (dermatologist) kept me waiting for 30 min (at least, as I left).My appointment was at 2:30. At 3:00 I told the receptionist “how much more I have to wait and I have other things to do”. Her answer: “She is with another patient and you can leave”. So out of respect for myself and my time, I left.I didn’t meet the doctor but I can tell she has zero respect for the unimportant people that want to see her majesty.And they don’t have dedicated parking stalls. So you also pay for the time that you wait for these very important people.

I have been a patient of Dr. Mast for a number of years and I can honestly say he has done wonders for me in dealing with pain issues. I found him to be extremely caring, giving of his time, kind and thoughtful and extremely capable. I also found Betty, whom I deal with at the front desk, to be accommodating, caring and kind. She has called me many times to schedule an appointment that would suit me as my husband has medical issues and cannot be left alone. I definitely have only overall positive things to say.

The doctors I have dealt with at this office have been wonderful - 5 stars - but the front desk (Betty) is ABOLUSTELY not worth going to this clinic. If you have any other options, I highly recommend you take them. Betty is so unprofessional, will not accommodate any request you have, and is truly the rudest human being I have ever, ever met. I have no idea how she still has a job there - every phone call I've heard her take has been the same. It is infuriating and honestly I'd rather just have migraines than have to deal with her ever again.

I actually look forward to my appointments here. The staff genuinely care about me, and I always feel so accommodated. The location is convenient too. Betty is someone who I would want on my team in a war. She gets things DONE. Be kind to her. She will move mountains for you. Dr. Mast literally has changed my life. I went from 20+ migraines a month, to a handful a year. Also worth mentioning that their covid protocols are exceptional, and I have never felt endangered as a severely immunocompromised person.

We have seen Dr Glass and Dr Mast in this clinic. Both our appointments were well informed and also made us feel at ease. I appreciated Dr Glass expertise and compassion. Dr Mast, he understands the hardship of chronic pain/migraine patients and made us feel validated. He is truly a knowlegable, dedicated doctor that really really really cares. I have also dealt with his MOA Betty and she is positively efficient, hardworking and helped us arrange our appointments and applications. All of our appointments has been helpful and I am grateful for all their support.

Wow I’m surprised to read all these bad reviews.I have been a patient of dr mast for over 2 years now and can say my experience has always been pleasant. I can say for absolute certain that the MOA’s including Betty are doing the best they can especially with how busy they are. They do not make decisions regarding people’s health and treatment, they do not make decisions regarding approving or denying your benefits. They are just the frontline and unfortunately have to be the messenger at times. Betty has always been accommodating with appointments or being late and I have never had an issue with her. Betty, you’re amazing! Don’t forget it.
