I came to Sherbourne Animal Hospital after a bad experience with another vet. Their entire team, from the people at the front desk to the doctors, were great at addressing my concerns and easing my anxiety. They made arrangements to see my cat on short notice and worked with me to diagnose the issue. Very happy with the service and knowledge of the team!

My cat was neutered here. Whoever administered the general anaesthetic did a brilliant job. He was alert, playful, and had a great appetite only a few hours after the procedure. They call you a few times before your appointment and after to check in with you and your pet. Owners are always in the exam room with their pets. My experience here has been great every time. I will be very happy to bring my pets back here!

I had an amazing experience here, the front desk staff was so friendly and helpful! Dr. Oscar was incredible with my cat Zoey. He was patient, caring, and provided excellent care. Will definitely be coming back!

Professional vet and will always follow up after your visit. I got my puppy spayed here and the whole process is very smooth. They also have loyalty point program which is quite nice.

Absolutely amazing! Everyone there from the receptionists up to the doctors are so kind and caring. My dog needs and emergency surgery and they were so amazing at accommodating us. All through out the process they were calling and updating us even after the surgery was done days later! You can actually feel that they care about you and your pets!

Lacking Consistent Communication.I've been using this clinic for about 1.5 years. During the time i've spent at this clinic, communication throughout has been inconsistent. The clinic is close to my home, the vets are knowledgeable and Charlie (receptionist) has always been great. Charlie is the only receptionist who is consistent with policies. Dr. Oscar Albarracin makes my fearful dog feel calm. He always allowed me to stay in the room and did not use any restraint to vaccinate or draw blood. Prior to one appointment, I called and asked if I could be in the room for blood draw/vaccines. I was on hold for quite some time while they were figuring out if this is something that they can accommodate. They assured me they would make note of this so I could be in the room. Come time of the appointment, my dog was brought to another room. I do take responsibility for not advocating for my dog in that time. I felt very awkward to bring it up. I don't think the vets were made aware prior to my appointment. A receptionist called to tell me the results of my dogs blood work was in. I asked to speak to the vet as I had some questions. I was told I would be charged for a phone consultation. I went into the clinic because that didn't seem fair, Charlie assured me that they do not charge to go over blood work results. Yesterday afternoon, I called to book an appointment for both my dogs to get their nails trimmed. I had acquired enough Paw Perks points for both. I specifically asked if I could use my points for both nail trims at the same time. I was assured yes, that is no problem. Once nail trims were done, I was speaking to Charlie. She said I was not allowed to use my points for both as you can only redeem one nail trim per visit. I ended up using some of my points for one and having to pay $46.53 for the other which I was not expecting. As it was obviously not Charlies fault I was told misinformation, I paid however I am very frustrated. I don't recall who I spoke to yesterday over the phone unfortunately. I feel as though I should be able to use my points as I have spent the money at the clinic to earn them. I have had some positive experiences at this clinic but due to the inconsistency and not knowing what to expect or who to believe, I will not be returning to this clinic.

I have visited Sherbourne Animal Hospital with my puppy for her initial exam and vaccines. Dr. Robson is absolutely amazing. I cannot praise him highly enough. After recently losing my older dog (at another vet), I was very anxious about bringing my puppy to the vet. However, Dr. Robson's quiet confidence, professionalism, and kindness made me feel assured that she was in the best possible care.I will say that the clinic does seem to be more expensive than the previous vet I have used and I may have to take her elsewhere for any large procedures (out of financial necessity), but I am very happy with the care we have received here and would definitely recommend to others looking for a vet in the city.

Sherbourne Animal Hospital made our first visit with our new dog a breeze! The staff is incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and takes the time to understand your wants and needs with your pet. Couldn’t be happier with finding our go-to vet for our new guy!
