The ladies at the front were not polite at all. I stood their long enough and kept looking but didn't sign me in and finally when 1 did. I had to wait for call inside.Finally when I called in she said she can't do it since I'm late .

Worst service I have experienced in a long time in any doctor's office. Luckily a family friend actually works in the building and gave me the same advice as to stay far away from this mess.I stood in line waiting for more than 20 minutes to be told I am now late and the doctor will not have time to see me. Not only did I leave work, I drove 40 minutes to make my appointment. Receptionists were rude and condescending to not only me but other patients in the waiting area. I immediately cancelled my follow up (scheduled 1 month later than my initial apt.) There is much more professional and reputable ultra sound clinics in the Niagara area. Don't waste your time and tax dollars. Will never set foot in their office again.

I had a chest x-ray performed today by a very pleasant young man named Chris. He was very efficient and made the experience quite pleasant. It was a great way to start my day.

Went there for an appointment today. I called them and said I will be late for 15 minutes. She cancelled my appointment. Very rude behaviour. Didn’t give any consideration. Usually I wait there for more than 40 minutes to get in. But today because of 15 minutes late cancelled the appointment. Felt so bad and had a terrible experience in my life time. She gave another appointment after my doctors visiting day. My doctor supported to get todays result and start my treatment asap. Won’t recommend this place.

The receptionists at this office never seem to know what is truly going on over there. I call multiple times for imaging to be sent to my family dr and it takes weeks. They are very unprofessional and do not apologize for the inconvenience they cause when they make a mistake. If I could give them 0 stars I would. I have no patience for the administrative workers here.

They never answer their phones, don’t return your call when you leave a voicemail, and apparently cancel your appointment without even talking to you as well. Show up for an appt I booked weeks ago, when ive also been trying to call them the last week and have been ignored, to be told my appointments been cancelled for some reason and they are all booked and cant squeeze me in.. absolutely ridiculous. Will have to drive to another city now everytime i need an ultrasound done throughout my pregnancy since I am never going back there and dont need the stress they cause.

Very bad experience. They said no need to book an appointment and there is no waiting time... went there then said 40 minutes waiting time. No respect to patients’ time

Wonderful Staff, front desk are extremely busy with call volume and in person attendance but they are still polite. I would like to give the Ultrasound Technician Aleksia extra gratitude for taking the extra time and attention for my condition despite the hectic, post-holiday clinic. Thank you very much.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This place is very unprofessional and was extremely rude. They had us come in 40 minutes early with no explanation as to why they are too unprofessional to keep their scheduled appointments, obviously not caring that other people are actually professionals with jobs and other obligations that make getting appointments with their hours difficult. No consideration for the patients. And my partner wanted me to go in with them, when I walked up with them the tech just shook his head, apparently too good to speak to me. This place is terrible. I recommend going anywhere else. Edit for my partner, during the ultrasound the tech again was too rude and evidently thinks he was too good to speak to even my partner, it was a part of the body that is uncomfortable/awkward to have a scan on, my partner was trying to make light conversation, even just break the tension and was essentially ignored. Most ignorant, cold, and lack of patient centered care I've ever come across in a clinic like this. Absolutely pathetic and unacceptable that they can't even pretend to care at all and on top of that have no consideration or concern for other people's time... Can't even keep scheduled appointments. Just to reiterate again this place is ignorant, couldn't care less about any of their patients, dont even try to pretend and cant keep their scheduled appointment times. Absolutely unacceptable.

I had a good experience here. The front desk staff was efficient in processing everyone that came in, and my technician was great. Only downside is paying $4 for parking only 30-45min. Parking should be free if you have an appointment.
