I came here to eat with my kids I was very disappointed with their customer service as the girl I was asking for napkins she refused to gave and say we don’t give it for free what does that mean there was no napkins in my bag then I asked some other employee about her name it was jaspreet I think that was so rude and represent bad behaviour you should greet customers with a smile and good service I would like you to teach her what are the ways to serve a customer.I want you take my review into consideration. But it was really disappointing visiting here.

I have been to this Wendy's a few times now, and the staff has always been excellent, and the food produced has always been the quality you would expect from a Wendy's. This Wendy's keeps their restaurant clean. Unfortunately, they share with Tim Hortons, so the washroom is not as clean as it could be.

Good food, Even though staff doesnt have much for personality or friendliness. Definitely needs work to improve courtesy towards their customers unfortunately.

I visted there last week, food was good but there was a girl name jaspreet was super rude to me , made me feel like I am here for free food, so I think store manger need to show her how to do customer service and how to deal with customer.if there is a option of 0 star, I will give her and want to tell restaurant owner that this lady will effect ur business one day.

I visited this store today the food was good. The lady with blue sweater was very rude continuously shouting on employees calling them at back and scolding making the girl on the front nervous by shouting, i saw on her name tag she is senior manager there. I assume that the climate of the restaurant is not good and too noisy or crew members seems scared. Otherwise food is good. Appreciating all the team members instead of that old lady. Whoever is reading from the management please take action on it.

Unbelievably bad service. Took 0ver ten minutes to receive my order after it was placed. Understaffed at the service area and a restaurant that was an absolute mess. Ordered a chicken breast combo which had one tiny piece of lettuce that didn't even come near covering the burger. Same with the tomato. Let time

I am STILL not a fan this and multiple locations. This location doesn't stay open late, and in the past, has messed up my order repeatedly. I gave them multiple chances, also I'm done.

Order a breakfast sandwich sausage egg with coffee and wage potatoes he took 12 min before receiving my food on the counter, and I was sitting in the table waiting .. She gave my breakfast to a different customer, and she was confused about what I ordered. It is very bad quality, and the sandwich looks shiit the meet was burn dark it's not professional. If you are working in a restaurant, make sure you do your job correctly we don't pay food to receive shiit like this or change your job

Went through the drive thru and you can tell they were busy as it took me a bit of time to order.When it was my time, they felt like they were trying to rush everyone through.I got my order, son of baconator with a bacon poutine and this is their definition of a bacon poutine? Extremely disappointing..
