This team is highly knowledgeable with very fair and competitive prices. Customer service is excellent! They are attentive and professional but also personable which I appreciated every time when I had to call them during an emergency situation. They take the time to listen and follow up every step until the work is attentively completed. So happy to have a most reliable honest and skillful company. We had a combination hot water boiler that was broken. We called Westrim after having a bad experience with the company listed on our hot water boiler as a contact. Adam, the service manager from Westrim, listened to our needs and our urgency as he was aware of our situation. We had no heat and no hot water. It was already noon and I understand how busy the plumbers schedules are as I contacted them quite late. Adam was able to send Richard, who came in a couple hours after my phone call and helped us diagnose the problem. He fixed it over the phone with the service technicians and next day, we had no hot water again. It was unfortunate and after more diagnostics the following day, Richard found out we needed a couple parts which were luckily covered by warranty. Westrim, Adam, and Richard go by their word and since it was Friday, the earliest we got the parts was on Monday as the hot water boiler company had to ship the parts from the US. Overall, although we didn’t have heat and hot water for two days, Adam and his team did an amazing job following up and solving the problem. I would recommend Westrim to others! Thank you for fixing our water boiler!

Our strata hired Westrim to do our drain line flushing as well as camera scope our lines to see the conditions of our pipes, as we have an older building. They were very thorough, pleasant and honest. They even took the time to explain their findings and recommendations. It’s great to know companies like Westrim are still out there!

Technician came at 1:30am to fix my furnace. Got it done. Very professional.

I was recommended to give this company a call. I was very fortunate enough to get a free service quote from word of mouth. My furnace was broken, the inducer needed to be replaced though every other company I called told me to replace the whole furnace for thousands of dollars which I did not want to spend.An experienced technician came through and did his diagnostic performance which was very honest. Told me what I needed done and how he was going about this situation.A few days later got the quote via email which very fairly priced, I accepted the offer and another technician came today and replaced the part. I am very satisfied with the work and the communication this company has brought to me, very straight forward, honest with their opinion. I appreciate everything. I will be a repeat business.

Adam Coutts was the one who responded to my problem with my leaking tub faucet. He responded quiet quickly and asked the correct questions and with the answer given he was able to figure out what was wrong.The response time and clear understanding of what was wrong is why I would recommend to others !Speedy replies and very knowledgeable will be using them in the future.Thanks Adam.

The two technicians from Westrim were polite and solved the issue with our clogged toilet. However they did not do a good job of cleaning up after themselves. Water dirty with fecal matter and other things was splashed all over our bathub, on the floor of the washroom and even around our front entrance. Obviously we do not expect things to be left spotless but an effort to at least wipe up some of the mess left behind would of been appreciated, especially considering it was not normal or even grey water!
