I called for a very noisy exhaust. They said they could fix it the next day but I could come to see what needed to be ordered on the same day. So I went, they jacked the car, the mechanic said he could fix it without replacing anything, on the same day. For pretty cheap. They did, car was ready within 3 hours and more than 2 weeks later it still sound like new. HIGHLY recommended.

One of the worest places on earth i have ever been to, yes it is not a hair dresser as the owner says, but people't time also matters, they have other things to get done in life other than getting things fixed at this garage. Before giving an appointment, commit to it. People have their own life rather than going back and forth to get small things done, thats not how you should interact with customers.... Ottawa-Gatineau area is full of mechanics with great reviews & reputations to go to. In the future, I would not mind going to the most expensive, the farthest garage on earth instead of wasting time & money on no sense things at this garage.Working 10 minutes in -30 to disconnect my remote starter for $20 & charging me an arm & a leg for a battery the garage did not install is not fair at all....

Beware- I asked this shop to perform my tire rotation and install used tires that I had purchased. When I went to pick up my car, they told me that the tires that I bought were completely used but installed them anyway!! They told me that they would not pass a safety test but installed them because I had asked for it.They also rotated the tires that they removed from my car like I asked. The problem is that they are directional and should not be rotated in the way that I thought would extend their life. After they performed the work, they tell me that the tires should not be rotated that way but did it because I asked for it.You had better be a mechanic if you use this location because they will do anything you ask them to do even if goes against best practices. I was duped when I bought my tires on-line but was not expecting a local business to profit from my inexperience in tire buying. This little lesson cost me 125.00$ + tax.
