I'm a Realtor, and I've worked with or consulted Rachelle several times for my landlords and tenants, and she is absolutely excellent. She's very knowledgeable and so seasoned. She's been doing this so long, she knows how to handle any situation, and tells you exactly what you need to do. Professional, easy to work with, and tough but compassionate.

I was looking for an apartment for October 1st. As a newcomer I was having hard time to understand all the system.I was lucky to found the rental offer that posted Dina...and I must say, she have been amazing. Kind, professional, reactive It was a pleasure to work with her. She knew her file, got everything prepare quickly. I was impress.I can recommend enough to work with her.I am really grateful.

Rachelle is friendly, knowledgeable, direct and caring professional. We used to have tenant challenges before we met Rachelle. She started assisting us even when she was not our property manager. Her knowledge in tribunal and the manner she deals with challenges faced by landlords and tenants are to be experienced.The only con I can think of is I didn’t deal with Landlord rescue when I entered the rental business and though I can manage it all.Rachelle does deserve appreciation for her dedication and demanding work.

I've worked with them since 2010, they've made the management process painless, they're knowledgeable and do things by the book. I like that they keep the tenants perspective in mind when situations arise so things are handled fairly for both parties.

Gisele and I bought our first rental property this year. We had the absolute pleasure of working with Dina. Dina is bright and cheerful always brings a smile to our faces. Dina is the consummate professional. knows her stuff and delivers results. She found amazing tenants for us. We would recommend Dina and landlord rescue to anyone looking to rent.

Wish I could give ZERO stars. Rachelle neglected to show our tenant the parking space in the condo building. As a result, he signed on only to find that it would not fit his truck. He was massively inconvenienced, having to walk several blocks to a parking spot in another area. This proved to be the straw that broke the camel's back come winter time - and rightfully so. Our tenant broke his lease early. Rachelle's contract states that if a tenant leaves before the first year is up, that she's responsible to find a new tenant free of charge. After reaching out to her several times, she has not gotten back to us. Very unprofessional. BIG MISTAKE.
