Clinique Medico-Centre Mont-Royal

SO BAD! the doctor told me that there wasn't anything wrong with me and it was all in my head , lazy and strange people who work at this place. When I initially went to make an appointment to see some one the receptionist made air quotes when referring to my issue, I guess doctor lopes told her in the notes it was imaginary r some thing. I spent my whole time in the office wondering how this man was a qualified professional he seemed off.

Worse medical experience if my life. Reception was nice, but nurse was very cold and agressive. Doctor was very condescending, patronizing, made fun of me (pretending the medication prescribed was 500$, stared at me to check my reaction, I just stared at him confused, and he actually stuck his tongue out at me laughing like you would at a 5 year-old told, and when i didn’t laugh, he told me «Mais vous êtes d’un cynisme madame, tant pis pour moi », and then gave me the cold shoulder), dismissed my questions, didn’t listen to my medical history, just prescribed me something without explaining anything. Came out feeling worse, even more vulnerable and confused than when entering.

1 doctor for everyone. Very long wait time. Plus they didn’t help me. I needed to go back to my old meds. The new ones were making me sick for weeks now. I went to a private clinic after seeing 6 public doctors and only private finally helped me. I was desperate.

I'll give a five stars just because I'm laughing at the comments. Are you guys foreigners or something? You waited in a clinic in North America ? Wow, well welcome then. Because it ain't gonna change soon if the system doesn't change.Although the clinic receptionist could been very cold sometimes I never had any problem with the right appointment and my family doctor. Oh wait family doctor ? What's that.

Took a while for my appointment(I mean as would any clinic in montreal) but the doctor.turenne was the one of the best doctor I ever saw and solved my issue! Definetly recommand

It took several weeks to get an appointment for a blood test. I went in to have it done and was told by the receptionist there was no nurse to take my blood, she said there was no lab personnel on that day. That's it. So, I complained and started trying to get some answers. Nothing. Then the doc came out of his office and told me here" while handing me a piece of paper with the number to make an appointment

I came today. We were 2 people waiting and we waited and waited and waited. Clinics are supposed to be wayy faster. Hospitals are slow. Other clinics doesnt take 3 hours to see 2 patients. Thats 1.5 hr per patient and worst part the doctor didnt have any patient with him. Nor was he in lunch or anything. No respect for others and their time. Unbelievable poor service :( this clinic will close down soon as people with bad experience will stop coming here.

Terrible experience from the jump. Staff at front desk is rude, speaks in a whisper, looks annoyed with every patient’s presence. The medical practitioner was more of the same: didn’t get up from behind his desk, no examination, no suggestion on treatment. My trust in the medical profession and the system writ-large was definitely broken today.Go ANYWHERE ELSE for your health issues.

Showed up to an empty clinic for my 5pm appointment and sat for an hour with no one coming in or out of the clinic. Literally one other patient in the waiting room and she never got called either. I eventually got tired of waiting so I left. I thought the other reviews of this clinic were just patients being dramatic, but they're spot on. A joke of a clinic.

Absolutely terrible. I have been waiting for three hours and there is literally nobody in this waiting room. I guess the doctor is eating dinner or something, which I would love to be doing as it is 19:00 and I have been here since 16:00.Update: The doctor saw me at 22:30. How is a six hour wait acceptable? The reason he was so slow is that he should have retired at least a decade ago. I’d feel bad for this dude, but he also was completely rude and said that he is only qualified to treat colds and flus. What?
