Wonderful staff. They are always respectful toward me patients. They take patients in quick and easy. The place is kept clean.Ms. Sophie, the technician who performed my ultrasound was a wonderful person. She was very friendly and helpful. I than her and the rest of the staff at the clinic.

I’m very thankful for the front staff member who accommodated us and gave my wife a same day appointment after it was cancelled by another company. No other diagnostic centres done that except this location. They were professional and fast in service. Keep up the good work.

I needed to make an appointment for my mom and decided to use their text option. The individual responding was quick (within 1 min of sending the message) and knowledgeable. I was able to get an appointment on the same day for her, great service!

I needed to make an appointment at their Markham location and decided to use their text option (they also have online, email, and phone call options to book appointments) outside their hrs of operation. The individual handling the responses was very fast and informative. Quick and easy! Will edit this review after my appointment.

The staff who helped me doing the ultrasound is super nice. The only reason I give 4 start instead of 5 is because I am waiting almost 40 minutes after I booked the appointment. I hope they can reduce their waiting time. Overall, it is a good experience.

Appreciate the many different options to make a booking include texting, staff was able to let me know when an earlier spot is opened for an urgent request via text with fast response times. Would edit this review after visit.

Thank you ODC for taking care of my daughter. We were adjusted even when their schedule was full. We had to wait for few minutes but they understood the importance of our test and adjusted us in between. Our doctor received the report in 2 hours. We were so impressed by their service.
