I really appreciate the selection of toys in this store. They have things you will not find at the competition.

It used to be good. Now a terrible place just for older folks I guess. They took away any toys for kids to play meanwhile other stores like Toys ‘r us and Lego store have stepped up their kid friendly experience. Also hour so short. Don’t recommend it.

Great selection of toys for all ages. Staff was extremely helpful and very friendly. And, having our purchase beautifully giftwrapped for free was an added bonus. Plenty of parking outside and we appreciated being able to get in and out very quickly. We will definitely go back if we need to purchase any more toys.

Would give 0 stars if available. I do not even know where to start. Whoever is in charge of hiring the staff, needs to seriously reconsider who they allow to work at Mastermind. I used to shop at this location for years, and when I came to return an item which was only ONE DAY late from the 30 day return mark, they refused. Gina was extremely rude and down right disrespectful to me, after only asking if I could return it, since it was only a day late. She gave no solutions and 0 help, which is the opposite of what you should be doing when working in customer service. After, I explained the situation, she told me there is nothing that she could do for me, HOWEVER, when I took my receipt to the Hurontario location, they processed the return with no issue. The lack of understanding and inconsistent rules at Mastermind Etobicoke by the managerial staff is seriously disappointing. Thank you!

Love this place, friendly staff. Free parking cool toys for kids. They do nice wrapping and it's free. They have good books selection. Store is clean and tidy. I bought recently cool space book for my kid. They also have Harry Potter Cookbooks. Paw patrol is cool. They have good selections of encyclopedias.

Wonderful friendly staff, first time at this location and have nothing negative to say. Clean store easy to navigate, sale signs very clear and easy to see. Will be back!

My go to place for my kids toys and gifts too. Very friendly staff and lots of Pop It toys and that kids are so crazy about and got some Pop It and books too. Best of all free gift wrap.

It’s a good toystore but prices are often higher than Amazon and the time it takes to get to a cashier is surprising despite how many people are working at this location. If my kids didn’t like shopping for toys in person I’d probably not come here nearly as often.
