I had an Estate cheque for my father who passed away but there was no Will or Estate account for my deceased father. It was a small sum but it was enough to get the plaque done for my father’s grave site. No one would help me. I called around to everyone that should be able to help me with no such luck. I would have been paying more for a lawyer to help than what the actual cheque amount was worth. So I called the NDP’s office and they gave me a website to go to called Law Society of Ontario. I got a free half hour consultation with Randolph Mills, and he was super helpful. He got the cheque cashed for me and only charged a small fee. Now I’m able to get the plaque for my fathers grave site. I am very thankful for his help.
