I found Alex on Facebook. His reviews were all positive so I called him to come by for a quote. He was on time and did a quick measure and showed us some samples.We did 3 other quotes with other companies and his came in as the least expensive, but we liked the carpet quality, and it matched our budget.Alex was very friendly and personable. He was honest and upfront. He did extremely fantastic work! I am so happy with our new carpet. He was very respectful of our space and our home. We have hired Alex twice in the past 3 years. The first time he came in to fix carpet on the stairs in the house we just bought. When we decided to redo the carpet completely, I knew there was no other company I would ask to do the job. He is professional, up front about pricing, on time, quick turn around, polite and respectful. He brought lots of samples of carpet in our desired color and discussed them with us. He uses quality products. He respected our house, was very clean with installation and you can tell there is professional workmanship in the details.I've recommended Alex to all my friends and family who are looking at new carpet.Thank you Alex for the beautiful job in our house! Alex had done a exellent job replacing my stair's carpet. The whole process from quoting to work completion had been done professionally, responsive, on time and very clean. On top of that, he is a great and honest person to work with. I would do bussiness with him again and would recommend my friends to him.

I contacted Alex for a few small repairs in my home before I put it on the market. He was actually at the lake when I contacted him and he still replied right away and gave me a quote from my pictures! He set up a day to come within the week as I really needed these repairs done before realtor photos and he accommodated. On the day of the repair he arrived early, was super pleasant to chat with and be around, and he even noticed another small repair on my stairs that he fixed at no extra cost! He offered advice on how to make the rest of the stairs look better and he helped me order these special scissors for carpet and showed me how to use his. Overall, I am BEYOND pleased with his work and the hubby checked it out and was impressed too! He does great work, great prices, and really knows his stuff! It’s hard to find companies that are insured and bonded to do small jobs like mine, but he treated my repair as a priority and like any other big job. Absolutely recommend!

Amazing job done, completed my basement and stairs, along with fixing another portion of my house in 12 hours, rearranged stuff to make sure we got fit into his schedule even though he had to work a very long and tiring day, very respectful and polite all around amazing man, made sure everything was good before he went home, and just over all best experience I could of asked for especially with the nightmare of a Reno! Def will be doing the second portion in the new year with Alex. !Thanks for the amazing job well done.And not to mention absolutely no one could beat his pricing, he was very up front and honest, didnt beat around the bush, I appreciate that type of workmanship.
