It has now been about 2 months since we have had our hot tub and we have not written a review untilNow because we wanted to give you honest feedback after some time of use , so here it is.* This is our first ever hot tub and we had been very nervous in choosing a Hot tub company . Having met with Jim and the Northern Hot Tub team we instantly could see they were extremely knowledgeable and professional.Once we decided to purchase The Hot Tub the delivery and installation was as promised , and earlier than expected ! The follow up service we have has been first class despite living hours away from the showroom.* Every minor concern and issue was resolved within a short time scale.* Also Jim personally took time to provide myself and my wife with clear training on how to use and look after the tub.* All our friends and family who have used the tub have commented on how great it is and we have had many hours of fun over the past months.* It has been a pleasure dealing with Jim, and I must say, he exceeded our expectations! Jim and his team did a great job from order to setup (along with some impressive trailer backup skills). He was great in helping us with all aspects including selecting the best model, recommending installation options and providing contact information for some good local electricians to install the power system.We're loving our new hot tub (Williston model).
