Double Mac Farms Ltd

Our whole pack loves Double Mac Farms, from an anxious blue heeler, High Energy German short-haired pointer, Chocolate lab to our newest addition- Bernese/Retriever cross.We had tried a few different local kennels in the past but you can tell by how excited they are at drop off and how long their tongues are at pick up that Double Mac is there happy place.would highly recommend for overnight boarding or just a play date when you have a busy work week!

Terrible place to bring your pet to. They are unorganized, lost my dogs bed and toys. Not even an apology or anything. Just shrugged at me like I’m cheap and should just buy another. A family friend brought her dog there and requested update photos and her dog had a blood on him and she was never was informed as well as the medical attention her dog needed while staying at this kennel. DO NOT GO THERE

My dogs have been going here for close to 20 years. They have always received top notch care, lots of exercise and a ton of attention. They can’t wait to get out of the car when dropped off. John, Sue and their team go over and above any expectations I could ever have!

Terrible kennel please PLEASE never take your animal here. Dogs are known to be returned abused, emancipated, and often with injuries that will go unreported if you yourself don’t notice. Macs will NOT tell you your dog was injured, nor will they offer financial any compensation or coverage for injuries acquired while in their care. In fact they’ll lie and say your dog is good, even if it’s been in a fight or injured. This place is very unprofessional, run by people who care about money more than animals. If you value your pets safety and mental well-being PLEASE do not board your dog here.

I now know a handful of people who brought their dogs here and the state they were in when they picked up their dogs was shocking. Their stories have been similar to one another, basically comes down to the dogs being neglected and they lack communication with the owners when a situation occurs, many of these situations resulting in a visit to the vet. This place needs to be shut down at this point!

Do not go here , dogs left outside, on cold concrete. After a 12 days visit both my dogs needed a vet visit both found dehydrated and very stressed. if you don’t care for you pets or what happened while your gone send them here, I’ve tried this place 9 months ago for only 3 days and didn’t think much there were clearly to many animals for them to care for , there’s an open SPCA file against these people, please do your research

You will not find a kennel that is cleaner, better run or more loving to your pup. Thank you Double Mac for the absolutely fantastic care you've provided to us over the years!

Just the same as all the other 1 star reviews. They neglect their dogs and don't contact you if there are problems. They try to solve" them on their own. Brought both my dogs there for a week

Never used them, but my friends Doberman stayed there, upon pick up he was emaciated, covered in open wounds with pus coming out. At no point did they reach out to let them know of anything! After further investigation someone else used them, but lost their 14 week old puppy for one night, shoved in a corner in his kennel. Shame.
