I took my sons microphone in to be repaired thinking it was completely wrecked. Not only was it completely perfect when I collected it, but a brand new lead was thrown in just as a nice thing to do. Excellent service.

As the name of the shop implies, its a good place to get audio / visual products repaired. This is carried out on site, by the owner, in a well equipped workshop. It stocks a large range of very useful audio / video cables, connectors, adapters, accessories, etc which are not available in general stores. It also has a fair range of pre-loved mono / stereo equipment including cd players, amplifiers, tuners, speakers, mixers, record players, computer hard drives, etc. This 'cosy shop', is conveniently situated in the centre of Torquay off the main street, accessed by stairs only, to the first floor. Social distancing is achieved with care and by limiting the number of customers into the shop, at any one time. It's very well worth a visit and rummage for those special electronic items, particularly when installing home based audio / visual systems.

Helpful service, friendly guy behind the counter who went above and beyond to help me. Unfortunately couldn't so he refunded the cash I had originally spent. Highly recommend

This is the original and bonafide Torbay Electronics i had known and used for years at lucius St,now at Fleet Street Torquay, this is what happened to me by being misled by someone using the same name ,Torbay Electronics, i took my marshall valve amp to Torbay Electronics thinking this was the true Torbay Electronics, when i collected it after repair and paid the bill i got home to find the amp was unusable lack of volume and distorted,i contacted torbay electronics[not the original one]to be told there was nothing wrong with the amp and i should fit new valves,so at the cost of new valves the amp was still no good,my emails,phone calls and texts were not answered,on the advice of the consumer rights i took my amp to Torbay Electronics in Feet St Torquay,my amp was diagnosed with faults,it has been rectified and now sounds as new, loud and clear, i was misled by useing the same name and ended up with a amp that was unuseable and out of pocket,it won,t happen again now i am aware and know were the real Torbay Electronics are in Fleet St,
