I was very apprehensive and nervous about this process. Making that first call was huge for me and I promise that the only reason I continued with it was because of my advisor, Krista. When I called I was so nervous and embarrassed about letting myself get into the financial situation that I was in, but I felt NO judgement whatsoever at any point in time. The more I spoke with Krista the better I felt about the entire situation.I didn't think I'd ever see a light at the end of this tunnel but after talking to Krista and Rick I felt an enormous weight lifted off my shoulders.
