Very very very bad customer service. The guy there refused to give me any information about my questions to rent the truck. Even he didn't let me talk or explain my enquiry.Was very unpleasant experience. Don't recommend anyone to go there.

i phoned at uhaul meckercher to ask info and prices. the staff who assisted me is so rude. his name is max, he raised his voice and he said he has another customer to deal with, if i asked the prices he raised his voice. he dropped the phone to me. such a unethical staff that can contaminate the company.

Extremely unprofessional !You cannot yell or raise your voice when asked to clarify an order. For peace of mind, just book somewhere else. Courtesy & patience are important traits in custom service. Next time be kind and embrace some good listening skills

rented a uhaul for a quick move ,supposed to be 40-60 dollars .A couple weeks later charged my card again .Total was over 150 dollars. move was less than 4 hours ,filled up gas tank did the self checkout thing and made sure everything was proper .Felt completly taken advantage of.Complained to Uhaul and was ignored. Not just bad experience ,I felt robbed.

Poor experience. Would recommend you visit ANY other U-haul dealer. Unreliable manger who wasn't prepared on the day of my booking, with the truck size I had ordered. And an employee who decided to yell at me because: Other people show up late
