I am am so impressed with the service I received from this company today. Their employee plumber Roch was pleasant, professional and skilled. He quickly diagnosed my problem and fixed it in record time. The price was very reasonable and they were very responsive to my needs. A great company Merci!

Amazing company. I called them at 08:15 and they said they were very busy for the day and I explained how urgent is my situation as the water is overflowing from the main drainage pipe which links to the city & Mr. Maxime said that he will try to find someone for me asap and within the next 15 minutes he called me back and said that there is a plumber on his way to my place.The plumber was polite and he knew very well what he was doing.Great job. It looks like a good company if you build brand new. The guy that came for the estimate never gave news again.

Last Friday I called at 4:05 and was told by Tiffiny that I was now on double time. I asked her how much the call would cost she told me $164.00 per hour. I then said no as I had another house I could have stayed at until Monday. I then decided to do it. I asked her again How Much. She said 164.00. Fine I said lets do it. She failed though to tell me that there was an $82.00 dollar charge for travel. Goodness I can make it to Toronto and back for that. And she failed to tell me there was a $50.00 charge for the snake. So in the end it cost me $340.00. If I knew this was the true amount I would not have done it. After 5:00 pm I could understand the double charge - not at 4:00 pm and there should be no double charge for travel as they use the same amount of gas at single per hour rates. And there should be no charge for the snake. So be careful if you talk to Tiffiny as she is not truthful. I would not deal with this company again due to them not telling me the full amount when I asked twice. The guy that came was good but it took all of 5 minutes to unblock the drain. Seems like a big charge for that when there double time starts at 4:30 apparently and the guy was at the house at 4:45. WOW you sure screwed me. And to boot the drain is backing up again after 6 days, called them, and was told that they did not guarantee their work so I would have to pay another $175.00 for them to come. WOW don't use this company. Especially one that would not guarantee their work

Very disappointed with them. Asked for an updated invoice on July 7th when the intervention was made, called them again after a few days as I haven't received it, called again after 2 weeks just to tell me that they can't do anything about it as they are on vacation. Why do I care about vacation when I've asked for the invoice several times when you guys were not on vacation? Poor customer service and take advantage of your power position.I know you don't care about your customers, so I'm sure that you don't care if in the future I'll call someone else.Thank you for charging me 200$ and then I have to chase you for my documents.

Two visits to correct the problem which was only fixed at 50%. Charged over $300 and I had to complete half the job myself as technician Charles did not bring necessary tools. Charles said he would come back to complete the fix and advised me 4 times that he would come and he never showed up or even a call to reschedule. His level of professionalism leaves a lot to be desired and the foul language and bad attitude he displayed was very un professional. In the end I got fed up, bought the tool necessary to fix the shower and completed the job myself. My advise is find a more reliable company with technicians who keep their word, are polite and have necessary tools.

I recently contacted Plomberie Richard et Fils regarding a leak in the pipes that connect my main water outlet to my fridge. After a mere three minutes of examining the issue, the technician informed me that the problem is the water valve in my fridge, and not the house plumbing, therefore he could not do anything to fix the problem. I understood where he was coming from, after all, he is not a General Electrics fridge Technician, so I didn't have a problem with his decision. What I DID have a problem with...was the $148.32 service charge invoice!! In my opinion, that's one heck of a service charge for a quick assessment and zero repairs!I do understand the importance of a flat-rate service charge. There's travel time, fuel, the technicians rate etc. That said, being a self-employed consultant, when I assess my clients needs and find (within minutes) that a referral to another specialist is required, I have never charged the client my full flat rate. As a matter of fact, in revolving door" cases

Super satisfied, not the first time using them and what a great work every-time. Quoted a job for 500$ over the phone but then within 30 minutes my problem was solved. Workers are very friendly! Would recommend!

I call only tap water not stopping, the plumber , only see my bathroom and talking only 5 minutes and say change every thing and they charge 200$ for doing nothing,,,,very bad company , no buddy call this company
