I went in looking for a small belt for a piece of lawn equipment I couldn't find anywhere else. It was not related to sewing machines or vacuums but it was an odd size and I was having a tough time finding it. The service I received here was awesome, so friendly and helpful. I bought a small belt and they said if it didn't work they would take it back and give me a full refund - no questions.If you are looking for anything sewing machine or vacuum related, or any other services they provide, and you receive half the amount of friendlypersonable service that I did, you will be doing really well.

Love this store, I love to sew and Al's have a great selection of sewing machines. But what is even better is they have knowledgable staff. They know the machines they sell and enjoy showing what they can do. They even shate their knowledge and give you classes so you know how to use your machine. Not all stores do that. The staff is helpful and friendly.

Female employees very ignorant. Wouldn't let me get 2 words in about my vacuum and what i needed. Kept telling me i was wrong where my hose went. She had to call the older gentleman to the floor and as soon as i explained what i needed he was right on it. He said your hose hooks in the back and i said yes!! Have always liked Al's until they brought the snotty women in to work there. One of us didn't know what we were talking about and hate to tell them it was their employee!!

They saved my bacon. A belt on our vaccum broke. They verified the correct size and was in stock already.. saved me from spending hundreds on a new unit or waiting a week plus for a replacement part from the manufacturer, which isn't an option obviously.

Not woth wut you pay I wood say don't go there if you can thay do not work well with other businesses around the mitton st thay yelling at people that are jest walking bay there businesses and try to pick figh with some of the ower of the bilding thay wont it there way or no way

VERY unprofessional. He judges you from your appearance and says things like oh I dont think you can afford the vacuum's here. He is a horrible human being I would advise you to take your business to a more professional store.

Greg @Al's Vacuum was professional, helpful and had a vast knowledge of all makes/models. He understood that I was tired of buying a new vacuum every year from other vendors that didn't work and/or broke down before the year end. Greg was very easy to deal with and went that extra mile to understand what I was looking for in a reliable, affordable and well made vacuum. I am extremely happy with my Miele cannister purchase, and the service I received. I'm confident that I've found the last vacuum I'm going to need to buy. Thank you for making this experience a great one!

Our son loves vacuums, and every time we have gone there, Rob has been fantastic taking the time to show him all of the different vacuum cleaners the store has. What an awesome store to have in our community. If you're looking for a vacuum, make sure you check in here. Rob knows his stuff.
