I want to say thanks again for manager Kevin! I just had a quick lunch at McDonald and found I lost my wallet after leaving, I back to McDonald in 15 minutes but cannot find my wallet. When Kevin heard my story, he immediate help me to check the monitor video and identity a guy who took my lost wallet. He tell me the detail and help me to call military police to get help, thanks again Kevin for all your help!

I am rarely at this end of town so I was surprised at lack of customer service here.The 2 staff working drive thru at 11 am are rude. The first one who took my order started with “ we will be with you eventually “Wow really???She spoke in a clipped tone, short basic sentence and no friendliness whatsoever- like having an actual job was a daily burden for her. At the second window she could barely look at me when she handed me my food and only smiled when I smiled at her.Then came my food- I’m pretty sure a slice of cheese is not standard on a Jr Chicken?? But there we have it.

There are some great workers there. However, some of the younger staff need to pay attention to what they’re doing. My order more than enough (compared to other locations) is messed up/wrong, and even with only ONE person behind me in the drive thru, it was still wrong. The guy even checked the bag before giving it to me - and it was the wrong order. How?People don’t have time to go through the drive thru again to get the correct order when they are on their way to work, etc.

The service was amazing and eating in depending on the time of day it is a really quiet and relaxing place to work on home work. The food is hit or miss at times the meat is very dry. The coffee and breakfast is always good though.

Here we go again. You work all day and then grab your dinner, to drive home and see that you have paid for barely any good. Too tired to return after working all day. This locations gets my orders in incorrect or treats the order carelessly when having to pay ridiculous prices for poor service. I had eaten one fork(4x French fries) out of this box as you can see the lack of gravy or anything else in the box. These poutines are over $4. I would say I received approximately 25-30 French fries. My order was over $20. I am clearly dumb for continuing to come back here again and again.

Not a huge fan of McDonald's, but my kid loves it. We used the drive through only at this location. The service was great but the location is awkward and cramped. I'd hate to be here during a busy time

Arrived to have a meal with my son. Not a single table was cleaned, benches were filthy, no service for multiple minutes when we were the only ones in line. Decided to use the self service machine, where it was out of receipt paper and couldn't pull my number. Both garbage cans we overflowing full, napkin and Ketchup dispensery were both empty. One employee came to wash the tables after identifying there was no clean place to sit, but used a water soaked cloth leaving a pool of water on the tables that I had to dry, with the napkins in my meal bag. One of the fries in my meal was barely half full. Male washroom were also filthy. Overall certainly not impressed with the experience. Visited 28 May 33 at 3 o'clock.

The coffee cups are the worst, once again those damn cheap cups went soft after 10 min and my coffee spilled everywhere.As much as I prefer mcdo coffee to tim, as long as they dont get better cups I am done getting my coffee from them.

This is the worst McDonald's in kingston. Super slow, and they almost always get my order wrong.
