TForce Logistics - Red Deer

If I could give this company 0 stars I would. Stated in package tracking they could not access my property within 4 minutes of my package being sent out for delivery, yet it takes 20 minutes to drive to my area from Red Deer. Customer service hasn't contacted me, and now I don't have a date as to when my package will be delivered. Utterly pathetic company.

I ordered something but accidentally put my old address in, and I noticed on the order confirmation that TForce was the carrier. I called TForce and the individual I talked to was helpful and professional and updated the address quickly. My package arrived later that day, even! Thanks for the help!

So DHL got Tforce to deliver my package and guess what? The package never was delivered and most likely was stolen. Nice 200$ down the drain.

Not surprised to see this company has such a low rating, they are awful and I would gladly pay more in the future to not have to deal with them. Absolutely abysmal customer service, they attempted" to deliver my package four separate times at drastically different times and left no indication that they had been there. Instead I had to continually send in inquiries to even hear a peep from them and instead of allowing me to pick up my package or change the address to my work

Two separate packages in a 3 week time frame have not been delivered to my house. The first was someone else’s house (never found out where) was just told that the delivery driver said it was delivered to the right place but their proof picture showed otherwise. And then the most recent one was apparently delivered to the back alley?!? of a house a couple doors down based on proof of delivery pictures. Of course both packages were not located. Horrible experience and service. Will no longer order for home delivery with companies that use this courier.

Almost every time TForce delivers to my work address, delivery is delayed because the business is closed"; in reality the business is open because it is a college

We don’t deal with TForce often. And for a very good reason. Working in Transportation, we are very time sensitive with getting products to our customers.One of our customers called for a pick up back in the beginning of September.It sat on our shelf until the end of November. Our company ended up calling twice to confirm and remind about this pickup. Our company no longer uses this service. Very untimely.

This is not a delivery company, they receive product that has had the shipping paid and do NOT deliver it. They call you and tell you that they do not deliver to Range Roads.They have been paid for the delivery and either send it back or call and get you to come and get it, while pocketing the payment for delivery.Zero help from customer service to rectify the issue.There are words for taking someone's money and not delivering a service.It is the TForces responsibility to move the product to another delivery service if they do not deliver to the country.Total waste of time.

If I could rate the service any less, I would! Had a package 'delivered' to my door on May 26th. The delivery person was caught on video throwing the package on the doorstep... so much so that the box was bent. This person was careless in his delivery. I am absolutely appalled at how the package was handled. Buddy, you don't deserve your job!!

This company is beyond terrible. We do not live in town and our address reflects this. Our first parcel we recieved Multiple notifications that we have a bad address, no we do not, our address recieves mail from Canada Post, UPS, intellicom, Purolator ect. We tried calling, emailing, and never got a response until finally we got ahold of someone in Ontario who of course didn't understand what an address outside of a city in Alberta can and does consist of. So we had to change the delivery to a friend in town. After this my brother gets a call from a Tforce driver for a different parcel and explains my situation and is told, of course they will deliver to our place and was here within the hour. Now we end up with another Tforce parcel and of course our address is bad. My wife ends up on the phone with someone maybe in red deer who cannot understand our address, keeps saying that they have our friends address attached to our file, she could not get him to understand we dont live there, we do not want our parcel sent there and with the information our address contains the drivers GPS will bring him to our door. We do not understand why the driver does not call us if they are confused, we do not understand why this business accepts parcels for delivery if it cannot read or understand the address. this is hands down the worst business we have dealt with in years. Intellicom had a tough start but are now 100% reliable, as is Canada Post and everyone else. Just Tforce can't get a parcel delivered, make a phone call or answer the phone. We are learning fast that whenever we order something we need to ensure that our package is not sent out Tforce.Here is the Tracking number from the parcel.BBYC222961983T01607901597778upon receiving the parcel I can see that my address on it is accurate and correct and is the address that every one else uses to successfully deliver our parcels proving that it is not a bad address".
