In-suite Skypac (HVAC) units maintenance for our condo. Excellent service from John taking the call to designating Ales to coordinate date and time. Ales and his assistant were punctual and very professional and did an excellent job. Happy to recommend.

John and Steve are super!I went through a major suite renovation, and had my heat pumps changed, updating old thermostats with NEST thermostats. I upgraded to new Whalen heat pumps, and John was able to walk me through everything in layman's terms. Steve came in to do the job, and it was seamless. I am hoping my condo building will actually use them for maintenance :). Both John and Steve are professional, knowledgeable, and overall provide a great level of customer service.You won't be disappointed :)

Always friendly, always quick, always quality. I cannot say enough good things about these guys. As a fledgling maintenance man, the fact they have repeatedly taken the time out of their VERY BUSY schedule to show me what they are doing and what to do myself in the future is more appreciated than I can put into words. A++++++ company!!!I would also say to anyone who has had a negative experience with them, that's more then likely to be your fault. I don't mean to be a jerk, but there is NO WAY I can see any of the guys at this company being rude to a customer unless that customer is a d-bag. They are tremendously polite people all around at Thermal Exchange!

I had to call the company many times and leave several VMs. Finally a technition came to our condo for repair.It turned out that I hadn't turned on the switch in the braker (I am single mom with zero knowledge about hardware). He was at our place for only 20 minutes and charge me $200 + tax + parking.According to one of his clients (which was my referral) they should have charged me for only $90 but they just simply took advantage of my lack of knowledge.Very unethical and unprofessional company !Stay away from them.

This is a horrible organization. They charged us $1500 to fix our unit. Within one year, it was broken again. Now they want to charge us $3000 for a brand new unit. They are horrible in their service standards. They promised to get back to us within two days for clarification on our warranty ti cover their initial repair. It is now a week and a half and I still haven’t heard back even after leaving three messages. As at the time of writing this, we are sitting in our home bundled up because we have no heat. I’m prepared to take legal action. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

This team is awesome. I was experiencing an issue with my A/C not turning on, and within 24 hours the problem was diagnosed and solved. Thank you Steve & John for your incredible support! You were exceptional to deal with.

I only call Thermal Exchange Services for any heat pump/thermostat issues. They are very professional, knowledgeable, honest and helpful. I recommend their services to neighbors, friends and family. I appreciate your help!

Steve is very professional and he really know the system very well. If you have heat pump, go nowhere! I have very bad experience with few contractors. None of them know how to fix heat pump at all! I believe he is the only one in Canada know it!

Very professional. The technicians were always on time, and called ahead to let us know the ETA. Charged the price quoted. This is the second time they come to our rescue and we always had a great experience. I definitely recommend.

Thermal Exchange use to service our building for Heat Pump Maintenance. The service sent was honest, professional, and knowledgeable. Unfortunately, our building switched to a different service 6 months ago and this has disappointed a few owners including myself. The new service doesn't do as good of a job and seem less knowledgeable. Recently, my thermostat has stopped working and I spoke with Bruno for over 30 minutes regarding what potential problems there could be. Very few people would ever spend this amount of time assisting their customers and being honest with them. I would strongly recommend TES for service and repairs.
