Simms Millenuim Park
Smalk park in heart of Courtenay. Lots of events hapoen here and its got nice rolling hills and a small forest to walk through. The Homeless do tend to hang around the gazebo and the woods, I do not recommend going at night, or bringing children without supervision.

What a gem for our community. Lovely park with trails around an eagles nest, a BBQ pit, small boat dock, washrooms and a large gazebo.. Great place to bring the family for a picnic...

There are summer concerts here Sunday evenings at 7:00. I wish they lasted further into the fall. Very popular. Some great music and some duds.

Simms Millenuim Park
Beautiful park with medium sized pavilion, often used for events such as Canada Day as well as musical performances. Also has beautiful walking paths that continue quite some way into the trees, and enclosed bathrooms.

Simms Millenuim Park
A beautiful park year round. There's a good sized parking lot close to men's and women's washrooms which are kept clean. There's a small playground area, some lovely wooden benches for seating as well as a covered picnic area with a few tables. In the centre is a covered bandstand behind which is a gently sloping hill where people can sit to enjoy concerts. The park is surrounded by water from the Puntledge River and a small tributary where the salmon swim up to escape hungry seals which frequent the area. There is a nice wide dirt/wood chip path that circumnavigates the park offering a shady forest walk as well as nice views of the water and wildlife.
